    hey there, trying this down in Aussie as we speak. Do you have the step by step instructions/recipe for printing? Also what temp to pull it if looking for medium ?

      Hi! Unfortunately I don’t have the recipe in a printable form but you’ve definitely give. Me a good idea! Also, for medium temp I’d pull it around 145-150 F (63 - 66 C) and let it carryover a bit as it rests. Thanks so much for watching and good luck!!
