--- In late November, 2023 I was targeted falsely against a slew of emails filing a legal complaint against my channel to take it down. The emails varied from known false takedown emails, music companies including sony, republic, amra & more. They took down my channel for "Counterfeit Complaints" yet they represent music companies. It makes zero sense why SONY would come after me. Usually when this happens there is zero hope but I figured out a way to circumvent these false allegations in order to get my channel back and restored.
Never back down from false takedowns. People use UA-cam's system since its very easy to see how unbelievably hard it is to vett every bit of info coming through their system. I hope this can help some creators out there combat this broken system.

This UA-cam channel is one thing, the bigger problem remains the Nike Lawsuit. The worst decision you could have ever made was show your face online promoting reps. It was bound to happen and it’s really sad that there gonna try to make an example out of you, but stay strong man. You can get through this someway somehow. This is why when it comes to reps everyone has to be careful and keep it low key. All of this shit can get taken away from us if we’re not careful. Worst decision is making money/proffiting out of reps. Nike couldn't care less about you or me using a rep shoe, they however, care, when some dude publicly makes money out of their IP work via reselling and promoting.
This case is not as simple as you think it is, a bunch of shit we don't know and hasn't yet been made public. I can only assume Nike has a very good reason to go after him like this. I mean, this dude returned a fake shoe to a retail store and has it on video. This alone is enough to put him in jail or community service, whatever the laws are in the US.
