I personnally wish these practices would stop but I don't think a single person can influence that, that's why I don't think it is bad to take a sponsorship from them, I don't think it matters. (Actually my boyfriend just told me something interesting : majority of the product Temu or other similar sites sell are also sold by Amazon or brands in general. So by ordering them on Temu the items might travel less thus causing less pollution. So it might not be that bad compared to other brands (but their practices are still bad, but that's capitalism))
