Ong yes!!!
we got the same pfp lol
@@Ada_maniacVOD now that's funny. And I am excited😁
All fnaf game theory videos in chronological order when :D
Mat pat will never escape
The reason William went into the suit was because the kids trusted Springbonnie(William in suit) as their friend before they were murdered
In the books(the triology) it's stated that the spirits of the children saw him as a friend
He laughs because he knew they wouldn't harm him if they saw him as Springbonnie. Unfortunately for him, it was raining and there was a hole in the roof
Oh wow!
Is that a theory, or is it confirmed? I have a theory that he got into the suit because he realized he couldn’t get away, and he knew that ghosts could possess and move animatronics by that point, so he figured that he could still kill using his own possessed animatronic
@@marieporter9488 I believe it was stated in the books I dont remember
@@belbekstrullour4996 it was
@@marieporter9488 what i said i felt seemed the most right
The souls seeing Springbonnie as a friend is in the novels, so it's canon
No wonder he would feel triumphant, exploiting those poor souls's naivete
The real scariest thing in FNaF is that
T H E A F T O N ' S A R E B R I T I S H
Lmao
Im BRITISH!!!!
THE AFTONS ARE BRI'ISH?!
The scary part is that most of the characters are American
The Aftons being British tie in to one of the possible unintended themes of the FNAF story: a satire on the American Dream. The Aftons being British means that they are immigrants or the children of immigrants, and like many immigrants into America, they use the skills they have to make it big and get rich. (In this case, William’s extremely lucrative skills in engineering and robotics. Seriously, it was the 70s-80s, he could’ve worked at Disney, Universal, or even the government with his knowledge in animatronics, but no, he tried to make it on his own.) However, William Afton’s business ventures neither get big or get rich: while the Aftons have the opportunity to pursue life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, William’s skills are stuck in a middle-class kid’s entertainment business for families who can’t afford to go to Disneyland, which would eventually close down. In fact, it is in pursuing life, Liberty, and happiness that William Afton commits his worst actions: he pursued ending the lives of children, exercised his liberty from the law (was he ever arrested for his crimes?), and destroyed the happiness of the children he preyed upon. In this view, the American Dream is not just an incidental idea surrounding the culture in the games’ setting, but the culture-influencing idea that gave William Afton enough determination and power to pursue his own view of happiness, leaving a trail of blood in its wake.
Explanations:
Purple Guy:
Purple guy is what William was called due to him having a purple sprite as his first appearance. Of course, the purple was meant to repersent a shadow. And yes black could have ben a better choice but a black sprite on a black background would have been impossible to see.
Death of Charlie:
Charlie's death was due to her being killed in an alley by the diner. The Security puppet made to protect her managed to get outside and to her. But was too late. She was already dead. Her soul soon merges with the puppet.
The Scooping Incident:
William having created an animatronic female cloawn called Baby. Baby has a feature which allows her to capture children in her own chest. And William's daughter Elizabeth ended up scooped and dead. Her death wasn't on purpose. It was on accident.
-Is implied to had happen before the events of FNAF 4 which has the Bite of 83
Bite of 83 FNAF 4:
Williams' second son get his head placed into the mouth of the Golden Freddy springlock suit as it was in animatronic mode. Due to his tears messing with the springlocks, his head gets partly crushed. He dies in the hospital.
Missing Children's incident of 85:
Five kids go missing. The year gets confirmed in the DLC for FNAF VR Help Wanted. Yeah a VR game DLC confirms the year.
Bite of 87 - FNAF 2:
An animatronic, while free roaming, bites someone.
Afton's Death:
The Restaurant was in disrepair. So rain water got onto the Sping Bonnie suit and when Afton put ot on he unknowingly caused the springlocks to snap on him.
MIchael's scooping:
Due to resembling his father a bit, Michael is mistaken for him and is "killed" as a result. He's alive because of what's known as Remnant. Remnant is metals infused with the power of a soul.
-This is implied to had happened before FNAF 1 & 2. As he's hinted to be the guy we play as in both games.
The First Burning:
So working as a security guard at a haunted house based on Freddy's, Michael discovers that his employers had discovered an actual animatronic. However, it's his dad in the spring bonnie suit. And on the final night he proceeds to burn the building down to kill his father. But Fails. As William/Springtrap ends up surviving.
Like this shit people
He must see this
Thanks for explaining all of that!
@@HotSauceBeats I'm just bieng my helpful self.
Also Markiplier coined it.
Since you've already watched the entire lore history of FNAF I'm not sure if you would still be interested in this, but I recommended watching a video by @FuhNaff named "The entire history of FNAF" which essentially details the real world timeline of FNAF since its creation in 2014 up to the release of Security Breach. It's a good watch and is an hour and a half long. It makes you appreciate the journey and history that fans had with the franchise
Thanks!
FuhNaff's SB theories also basically solved the whole game too the guy is diligent as hell
@@grandaltis they've been debunked multiple times and they give next to no good evidence, and they ignore many important details (not as much as matpat, but matpat always ignores details and his theorys are as reliable to solving the lore as random fan fictions of fnaf are)
@@tomkubus How have they been debunked already?
@@grandaltis fr and even if he got his first part wrong I watched his part 2 with the night marionne thing and I was honestly shocked that he put all that shit together even if he didn’t get it all right I really do think he’s close he definitely had to be right about something the dude had so much evidence I really give him kudos for looking through the entirety of FNAF SB to solve that games lore
The reason Michael is alive is because of remnant
Remnant, for you let's say it's soul juice(literally). It was made when Afton combined the original four possessed animatronics were welded and melted together.
Remnant can give life to the dead. And the scoope(the thing which ripped open Michael) is used to insert remnant. That's why he lived, he came in contact with it
Ahhhh
@@HotSauceBeats Remnant also displays properties that grants what essentially is immortality; this is what most people theorized for William’s motive- to become Immortal. It’s a lot more complex than that though; some of it was probably out of jealousy and spite for Henry, some of it might have been because of loss of someone close that wasn’t his kids, maybe a near death experience, a troubled childhood- there could be a plethora of factors that could have made William into this monster but we’ll never know until someone on the inside (specifically Scott) finally decides to confirm a theory or say “hey, let’s show them what the killer was really like-“
“This is what nightmares are made of”
About that: Scott Cawthon (the creator of FNAF) has stated before that FNAF was inspired by a nightmare he had. So, yes, literally.
I though he said they were based on chipper and sons and that during development Bonnie gave him nightmares
@@jmurray1110 i think it was a mixture? correct me if i'm wrong
You're both right. It was chipper and son's that set everything into motion. While working on FNAF he had a dream where he was chased down a hallway by bonnie who removed his mask, and it's what pushed elements of the game in that direction.
This video made me realize how INSANE the fanf lore looks from a outside perspective.
Right!!!
"Got sent where his nightmares are made of"
Nightmare Animatronics: You have no idea how right you are.
even though the entire story may as well be thrown out id still love to see you react to the rest of matts fnaf theories they're pretty fun
He's called "Purple Guy" because that's what fans called him before they knew his name was William Afton.
He's not actually purple, rather the reason his sprite is purple is that William was always in the shadows when he committed his crimes, and the only colour Atari used in their games back then for shadows was ... purple.
Gotta love the insane never ending lore of nightmares poor MatPat what did he get himself into fnaf is literally a downward spiral of insanity it’s such a creepy story!
I don't think most people (including me) believe MatPat's newest theory. The books aren't technically the same canon as the games. Even if they were, the FNAF games exist inside of them, however, the real murders on which the Five Nights at Freddy's games in the books are based on, still happen; plus most of the FNAF books have three stories in one, each totally different from the last, with also having a little bit of its own lore (excluding an extra fourth story that continues to the next book because it would make it more complex).
Yeah, I think the story was referring to something completely different like how when Scott was developing the original FNaF games or the games could be what actually happened in FNaF cannon but the games made by the indie dev aren't
Now what was explained of the Fnaf lore in the video here seems very interesting I'd definitely be down for all of it being canon because I'm not just gonna throw it away for no reason at all when the whole thing seems so interesting in the same way people are interested in Horror or Crime Shows, Movies or Documentaries
@@Cloningmaster55 There would be a reason to throw it away though. Scott's doesn't make the games anymore. If MatPat's most recent theory is true, it could be because he wants to relieve future game developers of the burden of having to keep up with all the random lore that was never solved.
@@killernyancat8193 still though throwing it away for what? just because you don't like it?
like why though and not just because its not
Canon i still don't see a reason to throw it away
@@Cloningmaster55 Not because they don't like it but because it allows them to not be restrained by what's come before
"But now with the newest lore, none of it happened! I'm confused about knowing stuff now...cause now it makes it even MORE confusing!"
Welcome to FNAF Lore and Matpat's personal hell. xD
Lmao right!!!
Let's gooo! The time has finally arrived for HSB to realise how dark this game series truly is lol.
Especially how confusing it is.
So terrifying lol
The games timeline is
Fnaf 4 - fnaf 5 - fnaf 2 - fnaf 1 - fnaf 3 - fnaf 6 - fnaf vr - security breach
Fnaf 5 is kinda confusing so it maybe wrong
this was very fun to watch a person that reacts and doesnt skip the videos promos respecting the creator u my friend earned a sub
Aye welcome to the family!!!!
As always great reaction! This video did give a lot of information in a short period of time so it's easy to get a bit lost but honestly you seemed to be following quite well.
A few things to do with the video:
For the most part this video gives a vague but mostly 'accurate' (as accurate as nothing ever really being confirmed can be) timeline of the story. For the most part the information it gives are agreed by a large portion of the community.
Purple guy is known as purple guy due to all his appearances being purple (ignoring that weird driving thing where there's a orange sprite that may be him). We originally got his name, William Afton, from the original trilogy of books and in sister location we hear him be called "Mr Afton" so we can safely say he's the killer. We know Elizabeth is his daughter cause we hear her asking to be able to play with Baby. I'm not entirely sure how we know Micheal & the crying child are also his children but I presume it has something to do with the books or just cause we know Michael was trying to find Elizabeth.
In the fnaf canon when you burn something haunted it's supposed/thought that it sets the spirit(s) free. However as we see time and time again it doesn't seem to be that straightforward unfortunately.
Honestly the lore is very confusing and mostly broken but still quite interesting to try and dive into.
I wouldn't say this is the most accurate channel/group of channel to get lore from, becuase matpat and crew if ore many things for the lore and their theorys don't have any evidence/get debunked, but it's still good to see basics of fnaf like fnaf 2 being a prequel of fnaf 1 and fnaf sister location being a sequel to fnaf 1
Im calling it right now, he will become a fnaf stan.
Lol, I think that’s definitely a possible outcome!
William: i always come back
Me: and thats literal
HSB after watching this you may or may not have nightmares for awhile 😂
When I started to learn I didn’t exactly get nightmares, but it did temporarily make me scared of being alone in the dark. Also I noticed that the video didn’t mention anything about the crying child’s game
Lol
Im so glad you’re reacting to the fandom that made me become cultured 😌
7:25 it's just a sort of nickname given to william afton due to his purple shadow appearance in all the 8-bit minigames/cutscenes
If you want a more off the wall lore interpretation, might I suggest the two parter by BlackFootFerret, The Final Theory (end oak election in thumbnail) and The Color Brothers(Purple and Pink Guy in thumbnail)
Oh snap!
@@HotSauceBeats Also yeah, first part of that message didn't come through. The first part of BlackFootFerret's "The Final Theory" is the one with the endoskeleton in the thumbnail, and it came out when there were only two ganes. The second part, The Color Brothers, is the one with Purple Guy in the thumbnail and it came out circa FNAF 3. Give them a watch for a more off the walls crazy theory, I'll be DYING to see the reaction video ;)

i was six, having fnaf in the early age of both the game and yourself was a great experience for many, nice to see that the fandom is still alive
The best explanation I've heard for Michael surviving is literally him haunting his own remains. Which I don't know if that sounds incredibly stupid, or kinda metal.
Lol
I know it's a joke but Mat probably has 92 slide show PowerPoint presentation
Just saw this, and im so happy rn, cant wait for HSB to make a theory and to become a part of the insanity of fnaf lol
He's called purple guy becouse hes displayed purple in all minigames.
Fazbear Entertainment must've been selling content, merch, and food for loads of money if they can create Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex in Security Breach, y'know, an entire mall. Something that I don't think even McDonald's doesn't have.
HSB: this game is dark
Me: it’s a horror game Beats…what did you expect?
You should definitely react to An Undeniably Canon Five Nights at Freddy's Timeline by the ooftroop. It's pretty funny and for all we know could actually be what canonically happened
HSB!! Killing it with these vids!! Glad to see you back doing the thing you love again King👑!!
HSB: the dad is a murderer? Is this confirmed?

I'm laughing at the this is such a nightmare stuff, you know it already but dam right on spot.
Right!

You're gonna have to watch a few videos that came before the security breach theory vids. That explain a lot of stuff too
Like "your pain fuels us, and we solved golden freddy(this also explains how William becomes glitchtrap)"
These have spoilers for the spin off novellas tho
I’m definitely gunna watch more!!!
Im also pretty sure that Henry made Puppet (the lanky animatronic) to keep on eye for Charlotte, but the door was locked so it can't get outside.
And when the time Puppet got outside, she's already dead
(The door got unlocked when the party was over)
A fun fact to know, the black bear "Lefty" is actually made to lure and trap the puppet inside himself, using the puppets code "L.E.F.T.E", thus the name. That is why the puppet is the bear now, the puppet is inside :)
FINALLY IVE BEEN SO EXCITED FOR THIS SINCE I FOUND OUT YOU WATCHED MARK FNAF?MAT PAT OMG YES :D
Bill Afton is also called Purple Guy because in his in game appearances in the 2nd and 3rd games he's shown in a range of colored sprites from magenta to dark blue-violet.

@@HotSauceBeats just what i think because it makes the most sense
I’ve never quite understood how Micheal survived getting scooped, but then I think I have an idea. The scooper pretty much MADE him an animatronic. Every animatronic has “skin” and the animatronic bits inside, and we know that if you get killed at Freddy’s your soul goes on to be in a animatronic. In Micheal’s case, he wasn’t necessarily killed by an animatronic so his soul has to go somewhere: his own corpse.
It was probably something to do with remnant. We know it's an incredibly powerful substance that can prolong life
Hey dude, so there's some other extra things that I want to point out with the timeline. So at the start of the video, they mention William Afton's wife, but never mention her again. Let me explain; so basically William DID have a wife at one point, but this was before Fredbear's and stuff, and they had their 3 kids. But when William starting working with Henry, they consistently got into arguments, and fighting with each other (this is half shown by the cartoon show we see in Sister Location "The Immortal and the Restless". Eventually, the 2 of them break up, but not soon after they get into a custody battle between one of their kids, possibly Elizabeth. William wins the custody case, and afterwards, she kills herself. To have some form of a mother figure for his kids, William builds the animatronic that we see in Sister Location, Ballora, to not only look after his kids, but also act as a reminder of his wife, which is furthered by the fact that Ballora sings a specific song, and in it she talks about why you're hiding in your walls, when there's music in her halls, representing the loneliness afton's wife felt, probably by William getting too caught up in his own work, and William represents her supposedly being blind to what he needs to do, by making it so that Ballora's eyes are always shut. At some point, William repurposes Ballora to be one of the funtime animatronics. Next thing: Remnant and Agony. Let's start with Remnant. Basically, in the FNAF universe, it's like soul juice. With a corpse of let's say a dead child, you can extract remnant from them, which is like the pain and agony that their spirit went through, formed in like an actual substance, but it can only be killed by fire. On top of this, it also has healing capabilities, along with the ability to keep inanimate things alive. We see various instances of this in action the serious, with the first one being when Michael Afton gets scooped. In FNAF 6, we see blueprints of the scooper, which is what was used to scoop Mike, and it specifically states that after use, traces of Remnant may be found. This explains why after Ennard ejected itself out of Mike, Mike was still able to live: The scooper had left Remnant in him, which was keeping his body alive. We see another instance of Remnant in use with the Funtime animatronics. So, after the FNAF 1 location shuts down, William goes there to dismantle the FNAF 1 animatronics, right? Well, one of the main reasons he did so was to collect their remnant, and inject them into the Funtime animatronics (this is before sister location), which is why in SL, the funtimes are still so active. This is furthered by the fact that in the FNAF novel "The Fourth Closet", we see William injecting Remnant into animatronics such as Funtime Freddy. Now, Agony. Although Agony and remnant may be similar, they aren't exactly the same. What Agony is, is the feeling/emotion of pain and agony, left over by any tragic event, that like a ghost, can possess surrounding inanimate objects, and make them alive to a degree. Although they're only really mainly present in the Fazbear Frights books, people have been theorising that they may be making an appearance in the games soon. Next, Illusion disks. First introduced in the novels, these illusion disks are small metal disks, that when activated, emit a high frequency that can change a human being's perspective of things. For example, in the novel The Fourth Closet, there are animatronics known as the Twisted Ones, that appear as twisted malformed versions of the animatronics. But in reality, they're plain, smooth, metal animatronics, nothing out of the ordinary. They use illusion disks to appear as twisted. Another thing to note is that if a human has one, they can use it to appear as invisible to any animatronics. We seemingly get our first look at illusion disks in the games in Sister Location, where when you're performing maintenance on the funtime animatronics, you can find small disks that match the description of illusion disks. And in Security Breach (i'll get to it later), the main antagonist Vanny, also seemingly uses Illusion disks, because when she gets near the player, their vision starts to go haywire and fuzzy, and in the novels, humans can be affected by Illusion disks in a similar way. And also in SB, Vanny cannot be seen by any of the animatronics....
Next; Michael. I feel like I want to expand on a point they bring up in this video, which is that you play as Michael Afton in FNAF 1, 2, 3, and 6, which is true. But I want to bring up WHY in those games, the animatronics hunt after Mike. This is because Michael looks almost identical to his father, causing the spirits that possess the robots to think that he's the one who killed him. This is furthered by how in FNAF 6, we see a poster displaying cartoon characters that seemingly represent the Afton family, and there's a bear with sharp teeth representing the crying child, a clown representing Elizabeth, and a Puppeteer, along with a puppet, that looks identical to him......
Next; the actual victims of William. We actually know all the names of William's original 5 victims. There's Gabriel, the child who was stuffed in Freddy, Jeromy, the child who was stuffed in Bonnie, Susie, the child who was stuffed in Chica, Fritz, the child who was stuffed in Foxy, and of course Cassidy, who was stuffed in Golden Freddy. We also know that Susie was the first one to be killed, from Chica's voiceline in Ultimate Custom Night where she says "I was the first, I have seen everything". And in Security breach, in a minigame, we see a cut-out of Chica's eyes, watching the character sprite, who people have theorised is one of the dead kids. We also learn from FNAF 6 that William lured Susie by telling her that he knew where her missing dog was. Although another thing with FNAF 6; In that game, we see a really interesting minigame called "Midnight Motorist". Basically, in it we see a purple car driving along the highway, but then takes a shortcut, and can go down one of two paths. One of the paths leads him to a restaurant seemingly, called "JR's". When he gets out, it's an ORANGE man, not purple like people assumed bc of the purple car, and when he goes up to the man at the door, he tells the orange man that he needs to go, and that he apparently knows he can't be there. He gets back in the car and goes down the other road where he arrives at his house. He goes in, and in the first room is a grey figure on a chair watching TV. He tells the orange man to leave "him" alone, presumedly his son, and that he's apparently had a rough day. Orange man still walks up to his son's door, but when he tries to open it, it's locked, angering him. He goes back outside and goes around the side of the house to where the window looking into his son's room is. But when he gets there, the window is shattered, and leading away from it is 2 sets of footprints, one from a human and the other seemingly from an animatronic. The orange man says that he's gone off to "that place" again, and that he'll pay when he gets back. Then the minigame ends. This has had theorists stumped for a while now. One of the first questions is: Who is the family we see there? One of the first guesses is the Afton family, but that makes no sense. For one, why is William orange, 2, going off of the theory that it's the afton family, then why is CC and Mike both still alive, at a time when locations are in full swing, judging by the place called JR's, and lastly, why is that when we see the footprints of the child that broke out their window, why do we also see a second set of footprints belonging to an animatronic?? No theorists really have any strong conclusion yet. Next thing; the FNAF 3 training tapes. In FNAF 3, after night 1, you listen to old training tapes recorded by phone guy, from back in the Fredbear Family Diner days. He talks about how springlocks works, but also talks about something interesting at one point. He talks about how at a sister location Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, there were several simultaneous springlock failures, which resulted in the springlock suits being retired and moved to the backoom of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Which is interesting, bc seemingly going off the reference to springlock suits, you'd assume he'd be referring to the Bite of '83, but this apparently happened at the same time as Freddy Fazbear's Pizza being open, and we know that it was most likely open in 1985, bc in both of the Fazbear Frights book series, and Silver Eyes trilogy, they state the MCI (missing children incident) happened in 1985, and in FNAF VR, Faztokens state Fazbear Entertainment since 1984, so....

Next thing; FNAF 4. FNAF 4 has to be one of the most complicated games in the timeline, and for a variety of reasons. So fans have 2 possible explanations for this game: 1. It's all nightmares that CC is having while in a coma in hospital after the Bite of '83, OR It's nightmares Michael has after the experiences he had in FNAF 1, 2, SL, and 3. I'll explain both sides. With the first theory, this seemingly has the most amount of evidence to back it up. Not only in FNAF 4, is it possible to get easter eggs of either seeing a vase of flowers, IV, or pills on your bedstand, but on the chests of several of the animatronics, you can see large teeth, bringing up the theory that CC witnessed Elizabeth's death. And at the end of FNAF 4, after the bite of '83, we see CC's Fredbear plush talking to him, saying that it's sorry and that it'll put him back together. Though it's secretly William and Mike talking to him, before you hear him flatline. So quick explanation, it seems like William used CC's favourite Fredbear plush as a security camera, to consistently watch him. He does so from the bunker that eventually turns into Circuis Baby's Entertainment and Rentals, where he has several cameras set up throughout their house, with this bunker being directly underneath their house and Fredbear's. Then there's theory that it's nightmares Mike had after the events of FNAF 1, 2, SL, and 3, but the minigames in between showing the days leading up to the bite of '83 are memories from CC. One of the large contributors to this theory is in the FNAF book the survival logbook, there are several messages left behind from CC, Cassidy, and Mike. On one of the pages, you see that Mike did a drawing of Nightmare Fredbear. If he isn't the protagonist of FNAF 4, then how does he know what Nightmare Fredbear look like. Another piece of evidence, albeit more minor, is us seeing Plushtrap in FNAF 4, which is literally a mini version of springtrap. How would CC know about Springtrap.....
The next thing is the above mentioned Survival Logbook. Although the majority of it is a dumb kid's activity book, there's still the above mentioned messages left behind by Cassidy, CC, and Mike. With Mike, he mainly does stuff like leave behind facts about his life, like that he likes to chew gum, along with the Fredbear drawing. With CC and Cassidy, those 2 throughout the pages have conversations with each other, with Cassidy mainly asking CC about his life, at one point saying that the party was for him, and CC replying that "it was for me". At one point, when fans solved a hidden puzzle, they came across the possibility that CC's name might be Evan Afton, but we haven't had any further confirmation since.
Next; the characters and events presented in Fazbear Frights. In the Fazbear Frights books, we're introduced to 2 important characters: Jake and Andrew. Jake, is a young boy, who died from a terrible disease, and had his spirit possess a doll/toy that he owned. Andrew is apparently one of William Afton's victims. But instead of his spirit, like it usually should do, attaching itself to a single object, it split itself up into pieces, attaching it's anger and agony (last word there ring a bell?) to various objects, most related to Fazbear Entertainment, with his soul goal being to exact vengeance on William. Now you may be thinking that that sounds awfully similar to Cassidy, and it is. This is because, although these two stories, the one from Fazbear Frights and the one from the games, are 2 seperate timelines, many things in the books can be used as headcanons, or in simpler terms used to fill in holes in the story of the games. And basically, Andrew can be used as a headcanon for Cassidy. We're shown in a story, The Man In Romm 2180, that in this universe, after FNAF 6, William's burnt corpse was retrieved and sent to a hospital, with the nurses there stumped as to how he's still alive, and a group of them become convinced that he's pure evil, and several times try to kill him, but each time, they're stopped by an apparition of what seems to be a young boy with black curly hair wearing a crocodile mask: Andrew. Andrew has infested William's mind, and is keeping him alive at all costs, so he can torture him. This brings up the possibility that instead of Ultimate Custom Night being William trapped in hell, it's when he's still half alive, and Cassidy forcing him to live, so he can be tortured through hallucinations, but that's just a theory. Although there's a current theory floating around that these stories from Fazbear Frights are canon to the games, but we don't know yet. For a starter, we see various events that you'd think if they were in the games would be mentioned, but they're not, and also, it would seemingly contradict many things we were lead to believe. But there's several interesting pieces of evidence for this theory. One of them is how in UCN, several of the animatronics mention "The One you should not have killed" (so referring to Cassidy or Andrew), but keep in mind this is in the games timeline, yet when they refer to the vengeful spirit, they refer to them as a "he", and on top of this throughout the game there's a possibility of seeing an easter egg where you quickly see a glimpse of the face of what seems to be the vengeful spirit, and they seem to be more of a boy than a girl. On top of this, in FNAF 3, we see the happiest day minigame, where presumedly after FNAF 1 but before FNAF 3, the Puppet, goes around to all of the dead spirits to give them their "happiest day", to give them the party that they were promised, but never got, and have the spirits set free for god. We see several strange things in this minigame, but one of the strangest is one of the kids you see being a child wearing a crocodile mask (each of the kids you visit are wearing a mask of one of the animatronics) It seems that Andrew and Jake's story is also meant to parallel Cassidy and CC possessing Golden Freddy, because the both of them end up possessing a singular metal endoskeleton and are forced to work together.
Next; What happened to Charlotte and the puppet. So as shown in the video, after William killed her outside of Fredbear's, the puppet went over to her, and she possessed it, but imma give some more context to that. So basically, the puppet at the time was called the "security puppet", and as you can judge by the name, it was meant to be like a security guard, with one of it's main priorities to look over being Henry's daughter Charlotte, since Henry's the one who designed it. But on that night, a group of kids who were bullying her locked Charlotte out of the building, with the puppet being unable to help since there were prize boxes piled on top of it's music box. But it eventually broke out, but when it went outside, William had already gotten to her. Now, for the explanation of what happened to her. Although it never mentions so in the the vid you watched, the Puppet WAS part of the FNAF 6 fire. How? Before then, Henry built an animatronic known as L.E.F.T.Y (which stands for Lure Encapsulate Fuse Transport Extract) which had the ability to stun humans and robots, and then capture them in it's stomach. Henry built this animatronic specifically to capture the puppet, and bring it to FNAF 6, and it succeeds in doing so, since LEFTY is literally a threat in FNAF 6, and if you look closely between it's arm joints, you can see the Puppet's striped arms, along with the puppet's mask literally being visible in LEFTY's jaw in their jumpscare.
Hope you enjoyed this extended explanation. I was planning on adding explanations for FNAF VR, AR, and a bit of SB, but those are REALLY complicated and would take a lot of time, and this explanation is already long enough. So maybe another time
@@anorak3334 This is amazing!!! 👏👏👏
I have the entire fnaf lore on a Google slide show. I am GOD NOW.
Lol
As someone who’s been following fnaf since 201* something your reactions are hilarious to me because i forget that people aren’t so familiar with the lore as me & my friends 😂
*2014
to answer why Purple guy is called Purple guy is because he is depicted as a person who is entirely Purple. images like 8:01 are in the fnaf game as minigames that tell the lore. it is in the minigames that William is shown to be purple
Best of dream manhunt animation reaction
At 0:20, *ques up the song, "Hall of the Mountain King* Prepares to watch Hot Sauce watch Matt ACTIVELY GO INSANE...........
Lol
@@HotSauceBeats If you wanna see the game's lore ACTUALLY SOLVED, there's a video called, "I Solved FNAF Security Breach" by a channel called, FuhNaff. Here's the first of the two part videos series! ua-cam.com/video/A1Wl3r69hzo/v-deo.html I actually feel really bad for Matpat. The dude spent damn near ten years with this series, and it totally fried his brain! So it's understandable that a new pair of eyes could probably catch what Matt missed. He's just toooo drawn in at this point, to be able to step back, and look at it from another angle. So all the love for the FuhNaff guy. Personally I think they both make a unbeatable lore team. Just don't listen to the nay sayers that call Matt crazy please! This series really taxed his sanity. If you need to understand how, just look at Game Theory's playlist and realize there's almost S.I.X.T.Y. V.I.D.E.O.S. I.N. I.T. (Drop the mic).
(Matpat has now moved on to covering "Poppy Playtime" a game who's lore is not about murdering and hiding kids in anamatronics! It's about butchering kids, and turning them into dolls sold everywhere at Toys R Us's and how they opened their own orphanage to get more resource supplies. so.. Yeah. As the meme says, "Matpat thinks this is fine." )
HONESTLY. Matpat is a great human being and a happily married father of one child named Olie. BUT, if he WERE, ever to snap and start killing people, I think I can speak for the ENTIRE INTERNET, when I say, "We didn't just see it coming. There's a playlist. LOL).
There are many things that was left out in this video that pretty much explains a lot of the details explaining remnant, agony, and more details like the illusion disc that change everything, I recommend matpat and start from start to finish, I mean I did and I don’t really know anyone else 😅
Awesome video. You've got a new subscriber. Greetings from Germany!
Welcome to the family! Much love from Nebraska

Better late than never!
You were the first you have seen everything
You should watch matpat’s videos in order it’s better to experience the fnaf lore from oldest to newest theories
the purple guy nick name comes from him being... well purple
The facial expression😂😂😂 29:22
Lol
Micheal afton said I’m alive but I’m dead
Personally I think that being a cold hearted killer depends on why the person was killed.
Lefte is actually how to spell the puppet bear
He’s the purple guy because he’s purple in the mini games i’m pretty sure.
Also i recommend watching the timeline of Fnaf, it’s not about the lore but about the games themselves
No no nooo nooooooooooooooooooo.... Now I have to watch this guy descend into madness
Lol oh it’s here!

Could u watch "The entire history of fnaf" next for fnaf please, this video is good but is more like an introduction and doesnt go fully in depth, then u will be ready for allt he theories since security breach.
Thanks!
if you’re diving into fnaf, dive all the way. checking out the vhs tapes by people like squimpus mcgrimpus is something you wont regret.
Oh snap!!! Thanks for that!
Ay bro that logic vinyl tough 💯
Facts!!!
The colors that Henry and william are the same colors that that are in the games.
Hot sauce beats, the other shark video mark Rober made is really good. He gets VERY close to the sharks, almost gets eaten 😅
Micheal possessed his own corpse, pretty messed up
The Saw puppet is called Billy
Just a reminder that the Lord isn't confirmed, there was other lore that matpat mentioned in previous videos that wasn't mentioned or was changed in this, yet that lore is still very possible.
Good luck you will need it :) I've been with fnaf since the start and still don't understand!!
Lol thanks!
Mattpats latest vid about fnaf tripped me up like?! Just read the title of it you will get it
As a lore nut who has been following the series since 2014 I can say I’m kinda disappointed they didn’t talk about the older theories like phone guy=purple guy and golden freddy speculation but the video was already long enough. (Also if you have any remaining questions I can probably answer them)
If you are gonna start playing the FNAF games, I do recommend Security Breach because not only it will help you into the lore but it gives off a new fresh FNAF game since it was vastly different compared to the rest.
Update to include Security Breach
It takes place in a giant mall called "Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex", where the characters are glamorous rockstars and the main theme is a copy of Van Halen's Jump. More disappearances occur (whether it is kids or the pizzaplex staff is still up to debate) and this is where Gregory steps in. Gregory is an orphan child living in the pizzaplex who is not the robot version of the Crying Child/Evan Afton, no matter what MatPat says to attempt to convince us. One night, he crawls inside Freddy's stomach hatch to hide from Vanny, who is the only member of staff available that night. Freddy and Gregory have a grand adventure, trying to piece together what's happening in the pizzaplex and find two familiar faces. Afton's physical body in the form of BurnTrap, and The Funtime Freddy Blob who is fueled by spiritual agony and animatronic parts stolen from the pizzaplex. Burntrap attempts taking control of Freddy, but Gregory burns him and the two escape(?). Last we see of Afton, he gets taken by The Blob as the pizzaplex collapses on top of him.
Also, don't get too excited about Vanny. Even though half the endings revolve around her, she barely appears at all.
If you're going to play a FNAF game I would recommend the VR Help Wanted game before jumping into Security Breach.
im actually mad that matpat didnt talk about fnaf 4
Lol
In a universe with FAZGOO anything can happen
YEEEEEES WE DID IT BOYSSSSSS
Yezzirski!
Fun (sort of) Fact: The Crying Child has a rumored name, Evan Afton.
i also recommend fnaf full timeline by hyperdroid
I don't know if I picked up the idea from somewhere or just my own stupid brain, but is there a thing about William being an abusive father? I've heard abusive parents set the children against each other, and that could explain why Michael bullies his brother up until the bite.
So, is this a thing or not?
