Please help The washer has been replaced but it's still leaking (it's like a dripping new washers and all new pipes) thank you

Did you ever get this sorted? We've got the same issue and I think maybe the washer isn't seated properly as he was saying here.

@@weswheel4834 it's ended up being the pipes weren't flush as they should be but with extra washers and some sealant it worked and was fine ever since
