We just visited Old Bedford Village yesterday (8/19/2021). The blacksmith was in and was quite knowledgable about his trade and many other things. A few other craftsmen were also present. The staff was very friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy sharing their knowledge. It was easy to ask questions. The cabin construction was different than what I expected. The village is easy to access from the toll interstate nearby. We stayed at Shawnee campground which is nearby. Another private campground was also available. Its a nice stop for weekend campers. The guy in the video seemed like an old order Amish man.
