The strategy of becoming the bulk supplier for other Hermits in exchange for a cut of the profits and then extorting them to keep buying from you by buying out their shops and reporting them for being out of stock is almost textbook mafia behavior. You're basically aiming to run a protection racket. Which really fits with the Goatfather persona you've been cultivating this season.

You should definitely have that as a portrait hanging in the poker den. Just like how other hermits are hanging art work in the museum/gallery. You should experiment with a cool frame as well. Maybe blocks but you could also add it to the painting as well.

Expanding on how you said Maces should be Netheriteable, I think all Tools, Weapons, and Armor should be able to be enhanced with Netherite. Additionally I think Netherite things should be immune to explosions and cactus too.
The bickering while playing False's game reminded me of when I was a kid at some gatherings with older men playing some game. I say that in the best way as those times are some of the most entertaining I've had.
That interaction with Keralis and Xb was so fun, I laughed so much at the exagerated german accent, it made me think of Arnold in his movies ! And you really inspired me with the redstone factory, you are right its really a good thing to add to a storage system !
Whenever I hear your "the vines are in the face!" stressed voice with the accent coming up, I can't help but imagine myself relaxing on a small boat just coasting around off the shore, maybe taking some leisurely pot shots if I spot a troublemaker on shore, and then maybe tacking back for a better view. A voice drifts to me on that gentle evening sea breeze, something about the damn land, as I conclude that I can't see any troublemakers any more and tack back the other way...
Always enjoy watching you build with red stone and create efficient systems and outrageous machines. Including interactions with other Hermits in your videos is always good. Mainly, it's just great to watch you playing around and generally having fun with your friends. This was the best way to end a crazy week - laughing out loud and grinning ear-to-ear. Thanks Doc.

I'm not the biggest fan of the Live series, and my schedule rarely allows me to watch any kind of streaming, your 'movies' are basically filling a Hermitcraft-shaped void that's going on. That’s a lot of hoppers to fill with resources. I think one solution would be to fill 4 of the 5 slots in each hopper with alternating named items. Example, hopper 1 in a hopper chain would have 4 of 5 slots with iron nuggets named “A”, hopper 2 irons nuggets named “B”, hopper 3 iron nuggets named “A”, etc. The alternating names prevents items draining. This would save a ton of resources in the long hopper chains.

Those loudspeakers Cub set up reminded me of how both he and Doc have a shared interest in making the server feel like George Orwell's 1984. The ore snatcher is lucky that Season 9 Doc isn't on the phone anymore because he wouldn't just get off with death. I still remember the orbital strike and trans-spatial weapons, the AI manipulation, the dragon eggs... Getting killed with a sword on Doc's skyblock, flooding the server... it was just the tip of the ice berg.

Doc, you could just buy out the market completely, if you target a couple shops you could keep their inventory empty really easily. There needs to be something like a hermit superstore, where everyone has access to the inventories there, with signs showing people where afk farms are.

Such a netherite'd mace core could have a property whereby, if dropped in lava, the mace core survives but only the handle is destroyed.
You should try False! She has the winners permit to take any other permit. This way she doesn't have to farm the permit she takes, she can just get the profit :)
DOC! There's a netherite mace mod on Modrinth that just adds netherite to the mace. It is amazing and doesn't push the focus away from vanilla. I hope it helps! Thanks for another amazing great episode.
