It's mainly the parents' fault and they should be held accountable for not being more cautious of what their young children are doing on the internet, but responsibility should fall on the creator's part too because they make sexualized content like this and seem to take advantage of the fact that their audience is children

i watched a lot of similar russian Minecraft content back in the day, being really fond of it. but really, i remember it at least having some good and cool plot/execution in general. they were just enjoyable and im nostalgic for these times. I am French as well, I can assure he is not, this is 100% a slavic accent, straight up, I have encountered enough slavs in my life to recognize this type of accent. I'd say either Russian or Slovakian/Czech, those would be my guess personally
