I think the rotational drills may work in the same fashion with hockey athletes to create that torque for slap shots. And they get to throw punches also, so win win.

True but Errol Spence isn’t overrated neither was Shawn porter or many of the fighters he fought weight exist yes but canelo only stopped kovalev who was over the hill. He has been stopped canelo yes and triple ggg can crack but you don’t have knock out canelo you have to beat him Floyd schooled him trout and Lara gave him problems so Crawfords movement and switch hitting style and defense can cause those same problems
