- hello 3rd and final trimester! Time is flying by! Baby is getting so big! Here's a pregnancy update.. 2nd trimester recap and how the 3rd trimester is treating me. Only 2 more months left!

@@akailahsalazar6757 well actually it’s needed. The baby can make themselves bleed, and no matter how much they slip off you’ll have to keep them on them.
@@les9939 with all my kids they hated them, it’s honestly easier to just file their nails and keep them maintained. the gloves only work the first 2-3 months anyways because after that they won’t even keep their socks on without pulling them off, it’s just about preference with your kids but they’re a waste of money in my eyes

We bought this elephant at a local store and it’s so cute! Some reviewers said that it broke fast or that the battery rusted but our still works after a few months. It does have a light flow, though, which may or may not work for everyone.

I feel this on so many levels. I’m so so sorry. I had a miscarriage when I was 19, then got pregnant 6 months later and had my daughter who is now 4. Got married and my husband and I had another miscarriage a little over a year ago and we haven’t been able to conceive since then. Most doctors blamed me, saying I lost the babies because of my weight. I found a great doctor that I love so much, she’s so supportive. We’re working toward a healthier lifestyle and hoping soon we will have our rainbow baby. ❤️
I really hate to be rude, but the other doctors just didn’t sugarcoat it, women with more weight tend to have miscarriages because of their weight itself.

We kept a bassinet downstairs for my daughter’s to use during the day for the first few months. It helped keeping them near while they slept during the day. I highly recommend it.
I've heard hats are really important, keeping them warm so like swaddles and cozy hats cuz they struggle to regulate their body temp xx
yes! but also don’t overdo it, some babies genuinely do get hot especially if you live in a warmer state. body language is important! if they’re always kicking off their swaddle / blanket or always look a bit too pink and clammy, they might just be a bit too warm!
Yeah if they are kept to warm inside they cant fight cold sickness as well
I think babies cry a lot when they are born because they have a very piece of skin on their skull and the cold air of the room causes them pain so hats really are important i am not sure about this information I just heard
So excited for you!! Nanny of over 10 years here. Essentials besides a stroller/car seat/ crib are definitely a pack and play for sure (so you can set baby down if you need to do something) some form of carrier for baby wearing like a moby wrap when she’s tiny and an ergo or Tula for when she’s a bit older, bottles and a pump (spectra is my fav with comotomo bottles!)high chair (oxo tot sprout is my fav) for feeding I’d say silicone bibs and anything ezpz is great! And for optional I’d say a snuggleme is amazing to have but not a necessity. Swaddles are only good for like two weeks, than you want to keep away so they don’t suppress her startle reflex because it’s better to learn how to control it! Literally everything else is unnecessary. Some stuff is convenient to have, but be careful of containers that can suppress movement and development. I’m sure you’re going to be an amazing mama!!

I remember when my kindergarten teacher WAYYY back was pregnant. Because we would see her everyday, she would give us updates on her pregnancy. The first day of every week, in the beginning of class she would stand in front of the class room and say the size of the baby that day or week using things like fruits and vegetables. It was so cool, and awesome to see her belly grow, and the size of the fruits growing as well. It’s crazy to imagine a baby could be the size of a GrApe. Like that’s so freakin cool.

@Chastin Siegel it’ll happen when you least expect it ❤️ & im not even gonna lie pregnancy gets hard sometimes but it’s one of the most amazing things I’ve experienced yes I had morning sickness not only the first trimester but aaaaall my pregnancy & heartburn every night so that was the sucky part & baby hated almost every food I enjoyed eating before pregnancy lol 😂 so it was complicated but worth every single pain I felt in the end ❤️ but again it’ll happen when you least expect it. My partner & I tried for about 2 years & we just decided to stop trying & I ended up pregnant while on birth control 🤭🤭🤭😂😂

Hey girl!! I’m so happy for you and Raul. I had a baby on Christmas Eve 2020, and I know how you feel. My pregnancy came out of nowhere and I was scared the entire time. It does get better, but when baby comes it’s a whole new scared feeling. Just enjoy what you can and love that little baby.
Labor is no joke!! It hurts and it takes a toll on you. Just remember to breath and when you e had enough of the pain say something. The pain isn’t for everyone and it’s not necessary with pain medicine available. You’ve got this girl!!
I know that one of the most useful items I’ve had would be my wrap. It helps keep baby close to my body and helps baby feel secure. It also helps soothe baby. It allows me to be hands free and get things done. So yeah I would suggest a wrap. Also, maybe a wipe warmer. My baby would cry if I wiped her with a cold wipe. Once I got the wipe warmer she was less of a crier with diaper changes. I’m sure there’s other things, but at the moment I’ve got mom brain and I can’t think.

I remember the very 1st video I saw of you, was a recommendation on my feed; it was your pregnancy announcement. I cried so much throughout that whole video because just the thought of miscarying was is so scary to me and would never want myself (or anybody) to have to go through something so heartbreaking 💔. I remember thinking "gosh, why am I so emotional?" Little did I know I was pregnant myself 🥰
I went through all those fears that you mentioned and I'm still so paranoid and pray for the best... I have never been pregnant before but seeing loved ones go through it, still scares me...
