I believe the bengals will take a step back, but I also believe they will still be a good team. Only reason we gonna win the division is we gonna sweep Baltimore and Cleveland, they gonna split with us and prolly Baltimore. We win because of that divisional game. That's what I see happening
I’ve been on a watchathon of old videos, it makes me sad that this time has passed, 18 years flew by it seems like yesterday ben and these guys were all playing together. Damn man what a time to be alive.
That was a good old fashion a§ whooping on the Bungles. Reminds me of the SNF or MNF in Pitt against the Ravens. Ben passed for 500+ and 6 TDs! I think it was 2014 or 2015. Steelers wore their gold helmet throw backs. Steelers divisional beatings are a blast. LOL
This was a fun game. AB & Wallace had to be the fastest/shiftiest WR duo's the league has ever seen. That was an awesome hit by Troy on Gresham! Great video Yinzburgh 👍🏻! 🖤🏈💛
Imagine trying to catch and tackle any of those receivers. I still think Santonio Holmes would have had a HOF career had he stayed clean and with the Steelers.
I was at this game. It was the day after my 13th birthday. And they scored all 5 td’s on the side of the field that I was sitting on lol this team had so much talent on both sides of the ball, it’s ridiculous
This is the game I remember well because the Bengals got a td called back near the first of the game, but when they got the TD the receiver dunked the goal and all only to be called back🤣. My Brother and I were laughing our butts off at that
I love watching these. I lived in Pittsburgh at the time and had season tix, but I later had a head injury and lost all my memories of those years. It’s nice to see what I forgot.
You see the young rookie Cam Heyward! I love the start of a game! The CBS music on and the voice of Nantz and Simms! I can smell something cooking in the crock pot as I crack a cold one and say LFG! I’m ready for the season!

Hated how he carried the ball away from his body, probably would've had another superbowl if it wasn't for him fumbling on like the 20 when the offense was moving.

Thats when tbe o line started to get not awful. They haven't had an o line very many years during the Tomlin era, but took those teams deep into the playoffs. Winning a superbowl and going to another
LOL, me too. When AB took the contract Wallace turned down I though it was a downgrade at the worst time, right when the offense was becoming more important with a lot of defensive mainstays aging or retiring. It very much was not.
AB, Wallace, and Sanders - that is one band I wish we could have kept together. Wallace got a mofo of a payday from the Dolphins, so there was no way to get them all paid.
Mendenhall fumbled a lot, he fumbled on his first play ever in the first preseason game. He had a track record and they still trusted him to run the play.
Ironically if you want to talk about a fumbler it's the other RB in this game, Redzone Redman. Dude was an unstoppable power back but put the ball on the ground too often to be more than a change of pace. People just remember Mendenhall's SB fumble and assume, he had an average amount of fumbles per carry for an NFL back. Didn't help that he was replaced by Lev Bell, who was amazing at holding on to the ball (and literally everything else, will always miss him). What really happened to Mendenhall is that he is one of the guys who never returned to NFL form after a serious knee injury. ACL surgeries became a much more effective procedure from the 90s onward, but still not every guy comes all the way back.

Tomlin, wake up u should have never got rid of our offensive coordinator u had thee seasons ago. It seems as soon as the offense gets going. It seems you start trying to do things the is not good at, or just don't keep it simple. And turnovers are killing us they always have. On defense, no one can stop the run. And it's terrible what happened to t.j. but, what he does is pretty simple he runs up the field fast the cuts to his right with speed and strength. And in the really hard opponents.
