Exploring Castilla-La Mancha

The region of Castilla-La Mancha in central Spain, a short drive from Madrid, is full of historic towns, great cuisine, nature and art. It is perhaps most famous as the setting for the Don Quixote novels, whilst its most famous town, Toledo, is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
