In terms of strength he beats anyone, Vader tore the fabric of reality with his bare hands. In terms of speed it is also very, very fast. Ben Kenobi was capable of moving faster than light and was totally outmatched by Vader in dueling him. Maybe he doesn't have travel speed, but if it has combat speed and reaction speed. In terms of durability, he is a little tied with Thor since both resist a star, but I would give the point to Vader since Thor after enduring the star became unconscious and Vader after resisting a star walked out like nothing happened. Vader in canon gets almost all the points, and the Vader from legends stomps all over the mcu and marvel comics.

He might have considered the abilities "Force Augmentation" and "Force Speed" to be part of the Hax category rather then Strenght and Speed. (Note that he gave Speed to Iron man, who is faster then Darth Vader when not using force speed but a lot slower when force speed is taken into consideration.) But then again that is an odd way to rate Vader's speed and strenght, since it assumes he would not even use these in combat against the two of them. Granted, Vader does still defeat them even without the use of these abilities, but it does make the battle look as if it was a close one.

He might have considered the abilities "Force Augmentation" and "Force Speed" to be part of the Hax category rather then Strenght and Speed. (Note that he gave Speed to Iron man, who is faster then Darth Vader when not using force speed but a lot slower when force speed is taken into consideration.) But then again that is an odd way to rate Vader's speed and strenght, since it assumes he would not even use these in combat against the two of them. Granted, Vader does still defeat them even without the use of these abilities, but it does make the battle look as if it was a close one.
