I have followed Jay for 30 years. I have used a number of his strategies in a number of businesses as a consultant and business owner. Strategies like Preeminence, Geometric Growth, Strategic Partnerships, using a Matrix for connecting elements for opportunities. They work if you work. Perhaps the most difficult part is being consistent. Wishing you the best!
Thinking on this I think the most effective one I have used is creating Referral Systems.

You mentioned, Using the Matrix for Connecting the Opportunities.. Which book he has mentioned about this matrix.? I never came across in any of his book / video.
