- We visited the Gusauski-Swist booth at NAMM to learn more about the company and its range of speakers, and to see the launch of the new GS2a. This speaker packs the same kind of punch delivered by their popular GS3a monitor into a smaller package.

Stefan Heger, the nicest guy in the music business. Greetings
Hope for fine tuning in the build quality and Look..maybe i will buy this speaker
I'm looking into getting a pair of these as an upgrade to my Logitech Z200's.
I think the name comes from the Polish last name Guzowski .. and swist comes from the Polish word ŚWIST .. which means whistle
You nailed it, Brother. "The Guzowski who listens to the Twist."
For 10k i would expect a little bit more fine tuning in the Finish. The Round tweeter with the Square Midrangedriver looks very DIY. I think for that price there would be also some budget left for a nice cover up so thats a clean front. Also the distance from the cabinet on the left side to the LF Driver is different to the on the right side... maybe most people dont care but at this pricepoint i would also look at details...
"Very impressive pair of monitors?" Yeah, maybe -- if we were still in 1964 and in East Germany. Hopefully, this is just a concept demo, a prototype. Must see how the finsihed product will look early next year. But for now, I agree: it looks like a garage-built DIY monitor built in the Germany Democrtatic Republic (or maybe in Polska) back in the early to mid 1960s.
Your instincts are correct. 99% sure the mid dome is a Morel MDM55 and the tweeter is likely a Morel ST or ET series.
@@juniusjuvenal9898 .. That's a BINGO; Morel MDM55 mid-range dome. ..
"Guzauski Swist" -- rolls of the tounge easily. say, wasn't the "Guzowski Twist" a one-time-wonder pop song back in 1962? The monitor shown here must be made by a Polish person who is into retro Twist music, perhaps? It would have been an idea to ask the size of drivers, the types of amps inside and their power rating, etc. Very smart idea to have moved the AC to DC power supply, crossover, and amps into a seprate chassis, that is high-.end design. For the price. okay, so USD $10,000 for the pair and thus $25,000 for a 5.1 surround room (plus the LFE sub). So, these things us for the richy-riches, even here in Eastern Europe.
So, for 27K€...,
this should be the best sounding
Monitore in the World?
How do they sound?
10k it s better sounding good
Take my money
