Thankfully someone was there to save his ass. And everyone else’s ass.
For me the Lucci is still my #1 fight in all of OP, still plenty of amazing fights after this but this just can't be removed from the top spot for me its special. I will not spoil any future fights or characters.
10:42 when I watched this it hit harder, idk what website I watched it on but for any df attacks the subs would blow up GOMU GOMU NO felt like a karaoke, and that hit so hard 👌 this was back in 2013-1014 I believe 🤔

I can proudly say that going merry is my first heartbreak from one piece. We all cried over a ship and somehow it made sense.

309 is my favorite episode of the entire series. The final scream by Luffy is just spectacular.

Luffy vs Lucci is also one of the few close quarters hand-to-hand battles we've seen. It makes for a more dynamic fight, I think.
