If he’s a war criminal for removing Sadam Hussein, then so is Thatcher (Belgrano) and Churchill (Dresden). Even a Tory like you would have to acknowledge that. Correct?
@@andrewrobinson8305 Why would you assume that someone who criticises Blair for his lead role in hundreds of thousands of civilian deaths on the basis of a paper-thin lie would be a Tory?
Blair nearly lost his deposit here, could have been one of a long list of Labour candidates who fought hopeless seats and were never heard of again, but was selected for a safe Labour seat a year later and began his march to power. Now ironically his old seat in Sedgefield is Conservative.
@jmxtvarchive9064 I think having North Eastern roots and being articulate won him the seat in Sedgefield in 1983. Also Theresa May and Tim Farron stood in the same seat in Durham in 1992, and were badly beaten, and weren't heard of again until the noughties.
The *CPP* (or *Central Party* for the *People* ) were going to stand against him could NOT find a candidate in time to. challenge him. As we all know that decision would cost this country dearly some *15 years* later in 1997 when this weasel took the reigns of power and was to totally destroy this once great great country by his neo marxist bullsh*t New Labour New Britain crap!!!
I was a month short of twelve and in my first year at senior school. That's how long ago this election took place, as forty years later I am now aged 52!

Tony Blair - should've been used to test novel vaccines for the foreseeable future until he expires.
A dark election for Britain and Iraq.
Take away 21 years leading up to it and you're spot on.
He destroyed Britain and no one seems to have noticed.

In all fairness Beaconsfield doesn’t look too different from what it did in 1983. Your broader point however is correct.
Satan in his younger years....little did people know what was coming.
Better than any Tory counts.
I bet Blair wouldn't have done anything to stop the cat jumping over the lupins. 🙁
Blair would merely get his Marxist colleague Jack Straw to put some legislation through parliament and have the cat prosecuted for "hate speech"
