It is a delicate glue leaf, still, it may have helped removal later by applying another coat of vaseline to it after peeling it from the leaf and before placing it on the resin.
Du bist einfacht verwöhnt und denkst, dass jeder in dieser Welt soviel Geld wie du hast. Das ist leider nicht so. Die Leute nutzen dass, was sie sich leisten können. Silikon ist sehr teuer!
Spray the leaf with mold release, before coating with the glue, and spray the glue leaf, after removing the leaf, with mold release before putting in the resin. This spray is made for this. You could also press the original leaf into a clay (like Fimo) found at hobby shops. This makes it much easier to remove.
Thank you so much for your lovely Idea I have tried different techniques with leaves include pressing on fimo and pottery clay. This time I wanted to experiment and explore more ways so did this. Will. Use silicon spray next time 😊🌹
Thank you so much I really really enjoyed watching you create this beautiful and stunning tray with that stunning leaf. I’ve subscribed and given you a thumbs up too
Low Viscosity Let's Resin is my new favorite resin. So few bubbles, and is so easy to work with. I had a hard time finding low viscosity resin on Amazon. This leaf technique looks great. I am always looking for new ideas to try. Thank you.
All of the colors are beautiful. This is a great idea too. Try doing this very same thing with same colors but a clear or transparent resin to fill it in. Just the leaf is color suspended on the clear resin.
I've got to try this when I've finished my stitchy project. The red back is a gorgeous colour, those powders work so well. Thank you and hoping a blessed and peace filled New Year to you and yours 💖
Wow that really turned out beautiful! I wonder if reapplying some a Vaseline coating to the elmers glue leaf or some kind of mold release to it would help make it easier to remove from the resin? Wonderful project you have really inspired me! It is winter here now but next year I will be collecting so many leaves!! lol
Gorgeous leaf designs on the trinklet tray,Ms Shalina 😍🤩.And Gorgeous background color😍❤️,thank you for sharing this wonderful tray msking video. Happy New Year ✨️🎊🎊
You did an amazing job of removing the glue inlay and keeping it intact. Have you tried applying a thin layer of silicone to a leaf? If you have, I’m curious to know what happened? I know with some silicones; sulfur will inhibit the cure but, I don’t know how it reacts to Vaseline. Beautiful project, love the colors!
Wow absolutely stunning and u make it look easy but I know if I were to try it, it wouldn’t be so easy and it wouldn’t turn out as beautiful. Well mine would end up being a beautiful disaster… lol but u sure do very beautiful work 😉
It is a delicate glue leaf, still, it may have helped removal later by applying another coat of vaseline to it after peeling it from the leaf and before placing it on the resin.
Why not substitute the glue with silicone? It could be used over and over, just grease with a bit of Vaseline between uses.
Was du sagst ist logisch.
Diese Person war da nicht so geschickt
I would use silicone. Grease first with Vaseline but then a good thick layer of silicone.
What is the use of this precious object?
Everyone knows a true crafter uses what they have on hand as much as possible. Many people don't have silicone. More people have glue.
