Something I missed in the video: Bunny hopping uses less stamina while sprinting so you can go for longer. Triumph/Medium armor set gives more stamina regen.
There's a lot of nuance to 'best weapon' question imo. Wand + Menacing Melody + 10 resonant stacks is broken. The t3 wand proc burns all the stacks and the shocked debuffs the procs from the stacks. And perfect timing passive is very good....
but it also silences and slows you when it happens, so personally I'm keybinding wand to burst w that setup when its safe to do. Book is a great stat stick and scales with casting speed unlike spellbows, but I could never get t3 procs to work at all when I tried. personally for now im using a spell shortbow because 1. I found a good one 2. it applies unique debuffs for dark lullaby damage amp

i see ur using wand/focus with bard. do you find it to be better than spell book? sorry if there is an obvious reason still new to bard.

Doesn't doing dances slow you down though, pretty sure you cant run at full speed while channeling / casting spells / dances...
Nope, no change to stat page, no change to game feel of the speed.
T3 wand weapon tree procs however DO slow you down badly and silence you.
