Travis good video, your ability to easily explain & show replacement step(s) are easily understandable, ha! Compaered to half these 'repair' videos by foreign fkers you definitely get 2 thumbs up. Thank you mark- my friend jusz got this exact bike & were fixing alot on it so thank you.. SemperFi
And I’m wondering what kind of oil a 110/125ssr takes, I have a 110cc semi automatic ssr pitbike myself, and it’s been sitting for over a year and I’m trying to do maintenance and get fresh stuff in there.
I have an Apollo 125cc clutch and I just recently changed the air filter. Only thing is my old air filter had an exhaust nipple on it and the new one doesn't so my question to you is what do I do with the air line that was connected to the old air filter ?
I have the same bike, I've been thinking of getting a UNI foam filter. I believe that extra line that goes into the original air filter can just be closed off with a small breather hose air filter
What kind of gas filters are those (I don’t know things about bikes so I have no clue on names and such) or hmu with a amazon link to the ones you got if you may.
Can you explain why my air filter has a hose on the end of it. I purchased a mikuni carb and it came with the sponge filter like on your bike, but as you can see no hoes at the end of it. PLEASE HELP ME UA-cam
That hose is the crankcase vent, you can remove it and let it vent into the atmosphere, Route it somewhere, if you get any sort of oil through that crankcase vent the engine is going to suck it in and Burn it which isn't healthy for your engine, it'll be better for if you just run the hose down pointing toward the ground with some zip ties. Let me know how it goes Edit: make sure you're using an air filter that does not have the hole for the hose so you engine dosent suck in dirt.
Omg watching this video while he sprays the outside of the carb makes me mad your suppose to give it revs and spray the thing inside where you did at first
@Donald Netanyahu so if there is a hose hanging from there not connected to anything, it’s meant to be like that? I couldn’t find anywhere to plug it to so I think it’s meant to stay open to breathe
Bull shit you are fixing wrong side of filter, what is the purpose of Magnet. How we can see filter is full of impurities, need to replace filter or not, Change the filter side. Thanks
You are supposed to take off the carb and take it apart to get to the jets, then you spray the carb cleaner directly into the jets
Tha k god somebody
Lol 😂

The logic here is “looks over performance”
Are u suppose to leave the crankcase vent hose open?
@@teketenaza1303 6 months later ..yes
@@Onelifeonedream2017 lmao no problem thanks
gotta take the carb apart to clean it man!😂🤙🏼
You don’t put oil on those metal air filter there meant to be dry nice bike tho

10/40 MOTORYCLE OIL NO FULL SYNTHETIC
I know this is late but he prolly got the first thing that shows up when you search 125 pitbike air filter
You know to clean the carb you have to take the bowl off not just spray it in
Jack Cashman 🤣fr
Dis dumb ass 😂😂😂
Do you know what size hose to go on the air filter

@@hotwheelsracer6380 is it normal for it to leak? I can’t tell if it’s just water from condensation or oil
It depends on what is leaking out of it, Water, Or oil?
@@hotwheelsracer6380 smells like gas
Well if it isnt pouring dont worry about it
At around 5:27 mark, the fuel gauge knob is twisted a certain direction. Is that the off position?
Estes Landscaping yes that’s the off position
You put the fuel filter in backwards
whoops, thanks for the heads up
Ha ha , I clicked on here so I could find out which way it goes, good thing I started reading comments, lol....
What size air filter should I be getting a 38mm or a ssr125 right?
What size hose do you use for your air filter
What kind of air filter is that and where did you get it
I just got a generic mesh filter from amazon, cost about $15
@@TravisVas can you send a link of the filter if you still have it?
What size mm air filter. I see different sizes?

@@_luljae but dude trying to make videos teaching people how to work on bikes and he clearly has no clue
What size is the air filter?
Gud day sir your filter is reverse
What’s the air filter? I think I missed it in the video
The air filter was in the first part of the video
Prince Chambers my bad sorry
hey does your crankshaft have a line coming out from it to the air filter?
@Donald Netanyahu so if there is a hose hanging from there not connected to anything, it’s meant to be like that? I couldn’t find anywhere to plug it to so I think it’s meant to stay open to breathe
XD my air filter was turn off during a ride so I done a makeshift air filter for it wth the found part and some wire
Your grammar is fucking horrific.
Ur fuel filter is wrong side
1:11 and thennnn 4:09 even u can see it in vid ur flow is now wrong side
That's not how you use carb cleaner my guy
You shouldn’t be showing people what to do
Those filters are garbage.. foam filters are way better
for road use, they are just fine
Tony Rife Yes!! Thats what I researched, it’s better to invest into a UNI air filter
i like the look better, i don't ride dirt too much but the quality is lacking on this filter.
