Not being lazy while using computer programs that only need, "Tell me a story about aliens that live on a world with giant cliffs that have alternating clamshell outcrops that have different weather, seasons, and soil quality. Those areas are divided by income. The top income gets the middle cliffs(Enough sunshine to photosynthesize, but enough shade to not be blinded), medium income gets the bottom(Always able to see, and produces materials for the upper class), and the top is full of peasants that have to find shelter and keep their eyes closed all the time, wether midday or night to avoid being blinded. If exposed, burn during sunlight hours." That is lazy. Coming up with a premise is easy. Making the story fulfilling, causing intrigue in the reader's mind, making characters grow, that is the hard part.
won't save them. Martial arts is just one tool in the toolbox. Commitment, focus, ferocity... the kind of crazy rage a omnivore who decided to be the apex predator can generate. That's us. That can't be taught easily.
@@madlibsluverAs a black belt, and a working class citizen, I can agree with this. A few years ago, when I worked at McDonald’s, I was tasked with training a new hire how to do everything around the restaurant. Every turn and procedure I showed him, he would always be swearing and yelling in frustration, saying how he didn’t need this job because his dad’s a rapper and he’s got lots of money already. Suffice to say, when the owner of the restaurant came in to check in on him, since it was his first day, he cussed him out and threatened to shoot up the place. He was fired within 1 hour of starting his first day, and since then, repeatedly showed up at the drive thru to harass us.
These stories have an entire list of mandatory words: "cacophony," "otherworldly," ""bioluminescent," "predatory," ... Listen to a few more, you'll start to recognize them. (Along with names like Sarah Chen and Rodriguez -- apparently by 2100 there was a severe shortage of surnames on Earth.
As cool as the idea of all this is, I have to wonder what the reality would be. No doubt species that have been across the galaxy and observed various other species for millennia. Probably with fighting ability and understanding that we couldn’t grasp.
Guerilla warfare was certainly around long before then, take the the Apaches and Seminoles, and their tactics were very very highly effective. Had they been competing against people with similar weapons, and without a constant influx of more and more europeans moving west, they would have won.
2:33 Agh the “we got natural defenses” crap line I’ve heard in a hundred other Ai-generated HFY stories. Programmed the algorithm better or personally write something new~!
All this AI stories are PUSHING SO HARD girl bosses, like someone programed the to do so lol. Ambassador Kelly, President Karen, Chief Scientist Betty. Always some woman comes with victory solution that no one thought off or enter a black hole that no one HAVE BALLS to enter, its ridiculous

Good story. Kept me engaged without falling into the trap of trying to use all the Galactic Us vs Them tropes. Thank you for NOT being lazy!!😇
Don't you mean 'Thank you for NOT being lazy with impossible grace'? 🎉

A persistence predator, rising the food chain, warring against itself; all out of commitment, focus, and sheer will.

Good one 😊
Great story. Thank you for posting this.
I question the wisdom of teaching physically superior aliens our martial arts.

I was thinking the same thing. 😳
That's what makes a black belt.
In my dojo, the students who everything comes easily to don't last. Once they have a problem, they quit.
