You are so right, I wanted it mainly for the pancakes and thought if I could just use it for that because of how many I can make at one time. Before I was having to make just one at a time and they were getting cold. I was so surprised at how easy it is to clean. I am getting loads of use out of it. I want to try to make flat breads next.
