Living in the UK, I do just hope that the good citizens of Frankfurt realise how fortunate they are to have an orchestra of this calibre and standing... so fine, in every section. Every time I hear this orchestra I am amazed by its skill and beauty... lovely soloist, lovely performance. Thank you.

What an exquisite performance ! The violin playing was truly ethereal. The soloist must surely have a splendid future ahead. if she continues like this.

I really enjoyed the tempo and expressiveness. I realize there is a pandemic going on, but the fact that this was not performed to a packed house and received with thunderous applause is tragic.

This orchestra never fails to impress! An involved and poetic interpretation of a very fine concerto indeed... Great camerawork as well!

Applause and standing ovation! Very good sound quality with an image showing the width and depth of the stage. Excellent camera work and picture quality. The 4K visual only makes me wish UA-cam would include wav (PCM) sound track in the downstream container. I am willing to pay for it.

I've heard Hilary Hahn's version for more than 20 times. This different choice of Tempo indeed made this wonderful master piece sounds a lot different! For me it is softer, more emotional. Her interpretation war precise and full of details that I've never noticed before. Thank you Frankfurt Radio Symphony for uploading!

Rather precise but rigid solo playing of a fine concerto; But the soloist made her emotional pain and tension so noticable with her extremely intense and invariable vibrato that it sullied my experience of the music.
