Hermosa interpretación del concierto, sobretodo del 3er movimiento que es de mis partes favoritas en el repertorio del violín, y el encore también, fíjate que justo había visto en youtube una interpretación del gavotte y rondeau de Bach y pensé "Sería demasiado genial si mero la toca de encore" Y así fue, no me lo puedo creer 😅 Y hasta pude pasar y hablar con el y me tomé una foto y me firmó el librito con el programa de verano Un hombre muy amable y bromista, en definitva para mi hoy fue una experiencia de por vida Que tal te fue?

Brilliant soloist, but this is not the idea I have of this Concerto. Gluzman plays the first two movements as he plays the last. So, he cannot express the depth, calm and meditative character. In that sense I prefer María Dueñas and...Christian Li.
I played this concerto as a teenager and got totally carried away with it in the best sense of that phrase. A year later I heard the incomparable Ida Haendel perform it live with such passion, lyricism and drama which I’m afraid to say Gluzman doesn’t transmit in this performance which I have to say sounds made-up and blasé. Perhaps he was having a bad night.
Impresionante interpretación de este concierto para violín compuesto por el alemán Max Bruch que además casualmente al igual que esta fantástica orquesta son originarios de Colonia. Es digno de destacar el virtuosismo con que toca su Stradivarius del 1690 el prestigioso violinista ucraniano Vadim Gluzman. BRAVO !!!!.Saludos desde España.
I only became aware of Mr. Gulzman today, and sought out this video of my favourite violin concerto. I have to say that it is quite extraordinary. Now to find more of his recordings.

Da 20:22 a 20:32 si sente in modo molto dettagliato il "pizzicato" degli archi dell'orchestra, cui non avevo mai fatto caso in precedenti versioni. Complimenti per l'ottima acustica oltre alla piacevolezza dell'esecuzione👏👏
Es muy bello el concierto para violín y orquesta de de Max Baruch.La orquesta que lo interpreta la WDR,es siempre muy fiable y el solista es fenomenal.Muchas gracias a todos.

Der intelligente und erfahrene Dirigent unterstützt den Solisten im detaillierten Tempo und mit sorgfältig kontrollierter Dynamik. Einfach wunderbar!
Totally excellent. Big sound from the smallish orchestra. Gluzman consistent, measured, paired with the orchestra in the nicest way. A solid enjoyable performance. Bravo!
