Quick F.A.Q:
- I can't bring a blessing, attacking without quiver causes attack delay bcus arrows aren't technically on, not having blessing mitigates this time loss.
- 3 way mage hits a 49, heart + menaphite remedy = 13 minutes of tickdowned boost, venator + thrall typically seals the deal.
- The bottom left stuff is Cooked Moonlight Antelope, 14 initial heal, then 12 seven ticks later for +26 combo eat alongside brew.
- Chally can be used to generate a max hit vs Sol if you on-tick take-off the correct gear against his attack (dropped for this run).
- DWH is a free slot because its 1-handed and you equip it + BOTD, it's a ~7s timesave on boss supposedly, 2/3 to hit.
- Soul runes are smuggled in via Shadow to save an invent spot.
I've paced for s18 (s16 boss entry) in the previous video, I think s17 is the absolute fastest time anyone will reasonably get, anything s17:30 is crackhead asf and requires w2 & w4 full skips, alongside good procedure throughout and at least 1 npc dead before Minotaur spawns. There's a huge amount of small tech adups in this run, it's super fun and with SGS you can get some v consistent runs. 1/4 Mechanics, 1/4 RNG, 1/4 Invocations, 1/4 Spawns. Procedure & general Tech is doing pretty well already, may be hard to optimise for more than another 20-30s raw timesave but who knows, it's still early days.
Why is myopia bad for speedruns?
U wanna hit smth asap of spawn, also increases setup time for some stacks and makes accessing npcs awk @@TheIcecreamtaco

Some people are better at developing new tech and learning, others are better at optimising. Atty is defs one of the two :P
Quickest redemption arc ever. Can't wait for the no-pillar runs. Next tourney you host should be a challenge run to see if anyone can complete the Colosseum using a Soulreaper Axe with the following modifiers: Doom (on damage), Blasphemy, Frailty. The HP drain from the Axe smites you, applies Doom to you, and Frailty would make it put you at even more of an HP disadvantage.

Oddly it feels easier going fast in colosseum then it is taking it slow its very weird lol

Have you discovered tech to make doom and scorpion viable or is still a big rng fest on the modifiers?.. also is shadow or t bow best for a first time quiverer? (Along with scythe)
Doom or scorp is viable for w12 boss, otherwise hard avoid
What’s the npc id for solar flare? I haven’t been able to find it

if he wants an extra ammo slot he has to put his arrows in the quiver which means if you accidentally attack without your quiver you insta lose 5 ticks because it triggers your weapon cooldown without actually attacking

i wish the true end game content didnt require 5bil in gear and runelite to do cleanly. us mobile players out here scatching our heads. mobile not having menu swapper, inventory tags/tabs, tile markers and enemy hitboxes really hurts.
