The fact that most people find that completely normal is even crazier, what's the point in slaving away for 85% of the week and only having 2 days to actually live your life weekly? Hi, I’m a stranger from the Internet and I just wanna give a little bit of advice to anyone out there who is a little younger than me. I’m 24 honestly. I just wanna say the one point they should’ve made in this show is that if you love something anything whether it be taken care of animals building old washing machines repairing cars fuck hell twisting rope it don’t matter if you wanna career that you enjoy find your passion first fuck everything else it’ll all come naturally Take it from me. Who’s chased his dream job and finally has it in a sense you just gotta keep putting that foot forward for that dream doesn’t matter how shitty it is doesn’t matter how much muck got a truck through. Just keep it trucking eventually you’re gonna hit that sweet asphalt and you’re gonna be driving smooth baby. Trust it’s all comes over time just find what you love and touch the moon

Paper that is objectively useless at that. At least coins had actual value and also made inflation harder to cause because of things like the gold standard that used to exist. It all stems from nothing being free. Nobody wants to do anything for the sake of getting it done, and I do understand that. There are things that need to be done, and NOBODY wants to do them, but in an age where we have the choice to give unwanted tasks to a machine, we are doing the opposite because more money is saved, and then the cycle starts all over again.

But during that time i learned to not be sad, because all itll do is tear you down, and since then i havent felt sad because every day you grow, but everytime you're sad youre just breaking back down, why not keep the growth going, and just smile, even if it all burns, at least youre here.

Yeah, you grow up and realise what the real world is like. That's life. Stop blaming whatever it is you're blaming and start blaming yourself. It's your life, no-one else's. Within reason, you can do anything. Discover a hobby that you're passionate about, use whatever free time you have to focus on nothing but that hobby, learn, develop, work towards making money off of that hobby and then do that for any other hobbies that you might discover. It may take years, even decades, but you don't become successful overnight. It's a long, difficult process that takes every ounce of energy out of you but, in the end, it's worth it. So what if you fail? Just try again and again until you succeed. You're going to one hundred percent, no doubt fail if you don't try. You miss one hundred percent if the shots you don't take.

To survive is to make it through suffering alive, to thrive would be to be doing very well despite the suffering you go through. But if you're a person who's sad most of the time, the benefits you and those around you receive might just sound like excuses to get yourself to move again. Which is fine ... in short burst. But staying that way for something like 3 months in a row? Then it's much more likely that your sadness is not just something you feel sometimes, it's chronic, which is horrible for a person's body to go through. I firmly believe people can only go against their own logic and or beliefs for a certain amount of time. Before their mind (and the rest of their body) starts doing something critical for not lining up within their beliefs. That is not sustainable way of living, and a drastic change needs to brighten up such lives. Just like a person's body can break from being too "excited", a person's body can break from being too down.

Those who don't tell kids that they can do anything, that nothing is impossible, are not helping. Some cant even eat lunch because of sawdust being on their food but the conditions were even worse where many would lose limbs and wont be able to work anymore. 9-5? Man, I work eight to five and two jobs just to be able to afford a roof over my head up north here in Shit Jersey.. I drink about two bang energy drinks a day on top. This state has one of the highest unemployment rates in the nation and I was very lucky to even get a job as a mechanic.. Which still doesn't pay enough and the franchise makes it hard to work your way up the pole. It's not worth my body aging at a rapid pace when I'm supposed to be just 22 years old. I feel far older than that, and my joints are starting to go.

Not everyone can create a powerplant and maintain it to give you power. Not everyone can cook great food. People offer you their service which you then pay them for so they can get services from others

It's not a competition to see whose life has more negatives to it. Blatant disregard for the thoughts and feelings for those who go through a less intense version of what you do is unacceptable. I'm confident this short and it's comment section is about recognizing what Larry( the kinda trapazoid headed gut with a hat) described sounds like insanity. Along with how designing a plan to correct this insanity is ridiculously hard and exhausting. Just ask Any U.S.A President, I'm sure they regularly receive a mountain of letters complaining about how this staying alive thing seems to be unduly hard.

Socialism is just the collective ownership of the means of production, distribution and exchange. (Except that Lenin used the term differently, as to mean "the transitional state in-between capitalism and communism", which made using that term a lot more annoying)
Communism is socialism, except that you don't have a state and instead organize in small communes, while still keeping the economy in public ownership.
