HOW TO MAKE CHEESE CAKE (SOFT AND FLUFFY)

INGREDIENTS:
10 eggs (separate the eggyolks from white)
1 1/2 or 2 cups of All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup of Oil
1/2 or 1 cup of Sugar for the eggyolk mixture (you may adjust according to taste)
1/2 cup of Sugar for the eggwhite
2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
200-250ml Orange Juice
Cheese (According to your preference)
Orange or Lemon Zest (Optional)
