      He also has a lot more content on his russian chanel :) if you are on pc you can translate the auto generated russian subtitles to english, on mobile not so much..

    I have a small problem with the title of the video. This isn't an engine prototype. That implies it can provide power.
    This is an amazing little model though. Love the craftsmanship here.

      I wouldn't man it's so much to learn, you should look into maybe a group nearby that does CNC or something so you can see what's actually involved and if your willing to actually put in the countless hours needed to actually master that.

    What??? That function at 1:00, where the lathe does not rotate fully, but only exposes a certain portion of the material... This is the first time i see this. Is there a name to this function/technique?

      I mean you just adjust the lathe grips so that the one side is a little more towards the center than the other

      @@tylergarza8695 I've seen the motors on his lathe before for gear making, so you can't tell me he doesn't have the capability. After watching the video again, I think you're right that this particular operation isn't cnc.

    It’s a simple toy ! Most model engineers would have no problem making this .I can only assume the people making the comments must be related to forest gump. ! With an IQ of about 10 . Now if this was a working ic engine that would be truly amazing .

    Very cool build, but, it's not an engine . It is a piston assembly. It has a few steps to go before it is an engine. This would be cool to connect to a water splitter , for the fuel source and I bet piezoelectric crystal would make decent spark plugs / fuel ignition .

    Красота! Из заметок на полях - маховик надо, в руках же бьется. И коленвал отбалансировать. Вообще с такими возможностями стоит при изготовлении коленвала задуматься о люнете, чтобы не обрабатывать шейки на весу, неправильно это.
