I am a bit jealous. 25 years ago, I wanted to retire to that area. However, I had to do biz in the NW in WA. I was enamored by the wild and he the Pacific. I had a chance to catch some large salmon and halibut and got hooked. Now, the fishing has changed with the commercials and tribes getting the seasons and the recreational fisher needs and attorney to understand the limits. The weather is far from mild and tropical. I made a big mistake but going on 80, to late. Enjoy your boats and your life and be safe. I enjoy your videos because I have boated in that area as a young man.
My old stomping grounds. Before we lived on the water in SW Cape, we kept our boat in Four Winds. Great place. We have a 21’ Scarab jet boat so very forgiving in those shallow waters. I liked that north entrance, but it’s hard to beat zooming through the main entrance. Nice video. ✌️
Howdee folks👍. Im shooting a wedding in New Burn NC this afternoon. I was catching up on news on UA-cam and figured I’d top it off by checking you out to see something positive before the wedding.👍 I’ve done about 80 and get nervous before each one😂🤣. Enjoy the boat trip… Live every day
I’m enjoying the scenery so much pretty soon the vlog is over 😞 I can’t imagine actually being out there ! So to the Jax Pier I go to be close to the water. Thanks for the vlog and I can’t wait for the next ! Be safe guys ! 🛥️❤🏝️ Ps Happy Anniversary and have one for me pls ! 🍻🍸🍾
Jug creek dolphin is "Uno" he is missing a flipper nd hangs out there. We feed him left over pinfish. Never cut those markers short coming into jugcreek marina. See people hit ground all the time there!
Kinda curious- how often do you hit bottom unexpectedly? Back in the 80's before chart plotters, we'd hit bottom all the time. I see you and other vlogger's zooming around unfamiliar water and I think about how much nicer that'd be to have a map to follow besides just reading the water and using the skeg to take depth soundings.
Happy Anniversary! Having the shallower outboard gives you some great flexibility. Enjoy!
That was awesome with the Dolphin
another great video with Captain Tom and Admiral Bridgett thanks. you guys are great keep them coming alk in Michigan
Congratulations on your 5 year!

That’s a shame that state does that to its residents. It should be a free right to fish for recreational residents.
Fun video, we live in SW Cape and just took our Whlaer to the lodge a week ago. Historical place.
Love the video as always! Happy Anniversary 🎉

The wake on the starboard side seems to be bigger ...
Possibly trim tab in use.
Probably the trim tab. Strong winds that day.
@@robertbennett6697 LOLOL you know I'm a big fan of you guys but i was wondering if it wasn't maybe a a jelly doughnut in use

@@MrOpaulo I never said exactly why I thought the trim tab was needed! 😄

Not often. Maybe just kick up some dirt.
Do you do boat handling training? We’re in Port Charlotte with an Endeavour 44 Trawlercat.
