Press the chat button in jensens range and then do Adminchangelayer to whatever map you would like, then you can do adminslomo 100 for the start so you dont have to wait like 5 mins
"AdminChangeLayer" in console lets you choose a map to switch to. "AdminSlomo" changes how fast time goes. 1 is normal time. Set it to 30 for a bit, until the staging phase ends. You can also spawn helicopters in, for example "AdminCreateVehicle /Game/Vehicles/UH60M/BP_UH60.BP_UH60_C" for the (i believe) black hawk.

Freelook + F4 to show all the heli hotkeys, in there it'll tell you how to turn the engine on. Hope this helps :)
