Wait, I figured the "Federalize" path would be like either the O.G. Great War path, or the way it used to work in the Great War Redux--namely, that the various minority parts become puppets that you invest in and slowly integrate, which short-term makes you weaker but long-term makes you much, much stronger.
Is that's what happened here, but since you'd already won the Great War you didn't feel like playing on speed 5 while you integrated the puppets or...what? I'm a little confused as to what happened, basically.

It feels a bit weird that this is one of those mods where you just get to choose the outcome of elections since it's not alt hist and like that just makes playing Austria-Hungary easier and I feel like that should be a major challenge so you feel a sense of accomplishment if you do hold it together.
