lol in the UK 'goddamnit' isn't really a swear word and just kinda like an expression of exaggeration, but I can see why it would be counted as a swear word in other countries.
@Tabbini Where I'm from (Arkansas, USA) "gd" is among the worst curse/swear words (because of a strong Christian population it's the number one worst way to "take God's name in vain"). So the fact that the s7 start debaucle ("X swears like a pirate" followed by X apparently actually swearing like a pirate) was censored or completely cut by every Hermit involved while this has been in both participants' videos is highly amusing. It leads the thought line of "X won't say "sh*t" or "f*ck" but he'll drop a "gd" and still call it "PG". It makes no sense to me, given my culture/raising.
@@RayRayViolet25 i didn’t know that! Here in England its normal and not offensive to the majority of people. Its not punished in schools either. It’s weird how different cultures can be so similar yet so different.

@@RayRayViolet25 in the uk even f*** wouldn’t get you sent to the head. You’d get a written warning in your planner and a “don’t say that in school.”. It is a swear word. It may not be a “hardcore” swearword anymore, but it is still a swear. If you want to call it a cuss word that works too, but if it’s a word you don’t want a child to be saying when they’re growing up, it’s a swear word.
