Wow those cats make a big difference when adding your stage 1 tune 😮 That’s a great base figure, looking forward to the next steps. Thanks for sharing so much in depth info on the tuning process. 😁👍🏻
Paul, great video. Thanks for lifting the covers on how modern cars are tuned. I'm a soon to be new 5.0 XKR owner and have the car booked in with you guys in January for an upper pulley and map. I'm very much looking forward to the experience. Thanks again for another informative video.
Running regular pump gas, would be 95, they run fine on this, only when we add the pulley upgrades do we switch to a premium fuel which is 97/98 in the UK
Yes, our maps are calibrated to the vehicle and for the customer or specific upgrade packages requirements. Unfortunately, it is quite a bit more complex than just adding a % to the ECU and gaining that % in power and torque. If you want to learn more about how to tune a vehicle we have a range of courses available on our online training platform www.remap101.co.uk/
Hi Barry, We have an amazing deal on diesel Jaguars at the moment. Can you DM me your registration number I will look at the gains available for your vehicle?
Agreed, but it dips off a little too quick, so it made peek torque, but did not hold it as long as we like to see , we do see that on the dyno quite often, this is a 2009 car, this is where people find they can feel a bit flatter than they think it used to .
Will not put the other guys down, there are some great tuners in the UK. However, Paramount has been tuning Jaguars since 1986, few can say they have specialised in a car brand for quite so long, and know the cars so well, we also drive and own these cars ourselves for testing and development work, very few tuners do that on this scale. All tuning comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, and has independent £10m insurance too, its also custom written in house, dyno developed and emission tested - not many other tuners can say that. With over 1000 trained installers, across 80 countries, quite simply, we are on a different level than most.

Looking forward to seeing you Stephen, on hand if you need anything in the meantime
very interesting

Interesting video ! What fuel are you running ie 97, 98, 99 Ron. Is the map ECU & TCU or ECU only.

Youre making it very hard for me to not buy an XFR. My XFS is more than enough with a map but i really do fancy an R 😂
Are you maps calibrated and extrapolated? as I've heard you use % tuning on maps and decalibrate ie duration, iq2nm ect ect?

Can you tune my Jaguar XFS 3 ltr diesel 275 bhp

It's not lost any torque, std they are 461ftlbs, yours ran 539ftlbs so that's a really decent increase

£289 PLUS VAT For a stage One remap is still "Punchy~" How confident are you that you are better than Celtic's maps etc etc ?
