Yep, that's right. It's not the most efficient way to run things, but that's how you would have to do it in the SendInBlue (Brevo is their new name) free plan.
Hi WordPress Tutorials - WPLearningLab, Very informative tutorial! I have one problem. I tested the automation workflow and it didn't work. I went on my website and signed up on my newsletter with my second email. I went to my email and waited ten minutes and now its been days, I didn't get the welcome message. I checked my workflow and I only have one contact list named as website optin and there are two emails the sender which is me and my second email and nothing else. I already set the timer to one minute. Lastly it is the automatic send email "welcome message" It doesn't work, I don't know why. Please help. I'm only using the free version of sendinblue.

Thanks for this video. I see at 11:06 in your video that you received your business email in gmail. In other words, you are using a business email address in gmail, right? Does that mean that you use gmail to send out all of your emails to people on your list? How does this work? Do you have a video about this?

Is the basic reporting option (opens and clicks) available for the paid plans only, since I already sent two test campaigns to a list of 5 of my own email addresses and then interacted with the campaigns (opened and clicked) yet, in the reports tab nothing appears. 0% opens and 0% clicks. Or is there some option maybe that I haven't enabled? Thank you!

They just closed my account because they said our business content is “poor.” They refused to explain how they determine what justifies high quality or bad content. We spent weeks setting up this account and they just closed it out of the blue. I do not recommend it to anyone, very poor customer service.
That seems strange. As long as your emails aren’t spammy, they can’t tell you want good business content is for your business. Did they give any warnings?
