If the vaccine requirements stay in place there's no way the Nets will take it all. For example, if it's the Nets v. Warriors Kyrie wouldn't be able to play in a single game. Missing all his home games would make it very difficult against any of the top contenders.
Idk if the Nets will even make it out of the east tbh. Bucks have chemistry and defense and only having Kyrie in half the series might mess with the flow too much. Harden has also been below his standards and turnover prone so Jrue might have a field day. Will probably be a good series if they match up healthy though 🙏🏽

Great content as always. However I think you overstate the concern for iso-heavy ball in the playoffs as well as their mediocre defense. We have seen time and time again how the game slows down in the postseason. Playoff basketball suits their big three very well. As for their defense, we all remember last season when the big concern was that they were a very poor defensive team. And yet it didn’t matter in the playoffs. They found a new gear and turned up the effort level on that end, even holding Milwaukee to 85 point efforts in a couple of games. And that was with roster that had a poor defensive makeup. This year’s roster has stronger defensive personnel. I’d be interested to hear what you have to say on Harden. I think the big picture with him is pretty easy to pinpoint - he was rehabbing this summer instead of doing his normal training. The result was showing up to training camp out of shape. What we are seeing now is him playing himself into shape, which is never a good way to attack the season. He needs to get into better shape.

A bit off-topic but here's a topic to discuss/research a bit maybe ?, compare the behavior of the new ball with the previous one cause the new ball I think behaves differently.. Seems to be more plastic (rather than elastic) and heavier, thus resulting in heavier change of direction after comming in contact with the rim but also less affected if it glazes any surface (like a player's hand or the outside of a rim for ex.) Think might be one of the reasons why we see so many missed layups (or at least a drop in efficiency of small distance shooting in general) :D
GREAT VIDEO COACH NICK but our defense is actually better than last year & much improved we are top 15 defense not mediocre also when the game slows down in the playoffs dont you need these iso plays at times for superstars? thats when they are at there best.
Kyrie isn't the problem. Harden is. Harden is having an very bad season from an efficiency standpoint. While the assists are nice (anyone could be getting the rebounds so I don't care about those) a system with more ball movement would be better and he doesn't feel needed especially the way he [doesn't] play defense.
