BrightLine Train VLOG: New Siemens SCB-40 Engines and "Bright Yellow" Passenger Coaches in Georgia!!

A BrightLine passenger train travels through Atlanta, GA as it is transported to it's new home in south Florida.
My friends John, Tom, Elijah, and I chased this BrightLine train about 50 miles from Adairsville to Marietta, GA. This passenger train set is being transported to West Palm Beach, Florida for use on BrightLine's high speed rail corridor which runs from Miami to Orlando. We also filmed a GECX T-4 Demonstrator unit and CN power on a combined grain train on the CSX trackage.

BrightLine Florida launched in 2018 and provides high-speed passenger rail service between the cities of Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach in south Florida. An extension to Orlando is currently under construction and is expected to be in service by late 2022. Future plans have been discussed to connect to Tampa, FL by 2028. The service boasts travel times of just 30 minutes between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale and Ft. Lauderdale to West Palm which is competitive with travel times via Interstate 95 - even in positive traffic conditions. The route to Orlando will take approximately two hours from West Palm beach, and trains will reach speeds up to 125 miles per hour!
