  • Masala Egg Roast
    -Boil 4 eggs in a pot
    -Peel off the egg and cut long slits on the eggs
    -Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a kadhai
    -In low flame, add below mentioned ingredients
    -Salt - 1/2tsp
    Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
    -Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
    -Give a quick mix
    -Add 4 boiled eggs
    -Saute the eggs until it slightly turns brown in colour in low flame
    -Keep the roasted egg aside
    -in the same kadhai, add 1 tbsp of oil
    -Add 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and 1/2 tbsp of finely chopped ginger
    -Add 1 slit dry red chilli
    -Add 1 thinly sliced onion
    -Cook until it turns light brown in Color
    -Add 1 thinly sliced tomatoes
    -Add below mentioned masalas
    -Salt to taste
    Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
    -Jeera powder - 1 tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    -Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
    -Mix well and cook until tomatoes becomes mushy
    -Add roasted eggs
    -Add some curry leaves
    -Mix well
    -Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes in low to medium flame
    -Garnish with some finely chopped coriander leaves
    -Enjoy with some dal and chawal
