Very nice hotel, and thanks for such in depth footage. I stayed at the nearby grand hotel acores Atlantico way back in 1994, which was just about the only hotel of significant size back then in the city. Always felt like I was the only tourist on Sao Miguel there were so few tourists !

Hi John and thanks for the kind comment , slowly the Azores are attarcting a different kind of tourist. Many hotels in Ponta delgada now, The manager of the hotel told me American carriers will begin flights in summer 2022 from the U.S. to Ponta Delgada , adding even more connections than those direct flights offered by SATA, Cheers , Emmanuel.
