Experiencing sad or negative emotions is as important as experiencing the positive or exciting ones. Life is a summary of memories related to emotions that we live through the pass of time. Therefore, if we do not let ourselves experience the sad emotions, aren't we somehow avoiding to live?
You got this, try to enjoy your solitude by doing some plans alone, try to go for a ramen one day while listening to some music and see how you feel :D. By doing that, you will start to enjoy your own company and eventually feel more comfortable with yourself.
I once also did feel alone, sad and plenty of feelings of abandonment and solitude, however by going to therapy and doing plans on my own I started to feel more and more comfortable with myself, Right know it has been two years of therapy and I would not change that.

Me too..then find myself thinking of her..maybe saw her earlier in the day or often..maybe she was from the past.. sometimes feels like she hasn't come along yet..but my imagination puts her there beside me..and that's when I drift off... dreaming n' craving n'hurting just a little bit, but the kinda hurt that makes me try a little harder the next time ... A guy only gets so many chances.. Your words are sincere and silly really how so many of us feel the same, when we find ourselves alone, again.. 🙏

So….this UA-cam channel uploaded a fan-made remake of the spongebob movie and it got blocked by Paramount before the premier could even finish. I hope they fight to get it back up, because a lot of love and work clearly went into it.
