She didnt sell Scooter anything - not after the bullying done by him and his clients towards her and lots of other artists. And Scott B sold her Masters to the idiot of a man who thinks he owns her - when he doesn't.

And all she wanted was a chance to buy her Masters back - but she would have to be enslaved for it and that's why Taylor changed her label. She made those songs - not Scooter, not Scott. Now they are bullying her and trying to get her to not re-record her Masters - something she is allowed to do from Nov 2020.
It is not easy to see your art - something you have worked for since 12-13 - to be taken away by two entitled white men who are trying to subdue her. Only when you lose something you have worked your whole life for, will the pain be understood.
PLS TAYLOR when you’re re-recording, please bless us with the electric guitar version of KOMH. It’s literally the most beautiful thing ever and just feels so nostalgic like a summer night years ago that you will always cherish ❤️

Beginning independent young artists would not be able to survive. Just do everyone a favour and sit down. At the end of the day her music is her literal buisness and all buisnesses make money. She puts her money into her tours and pays her co writers so that her fans get to experience the absolute best and she pays her collaborators well for their time. It's 2021, not 2016. Hating on Taylor is just embarrassing at this point. She just won her 3rd Grammy for Album Of The Year and has set a new record. No one has or will do it like her. I found this video exhilarating, having never heard the actual song before. I just went and listened to the song after, and honestly I feel like Max missed a little bit w this production. There’s some beauty here that got left on the cutting room floor.. And the dude on the couch creating a little moment for the vocals to breathe. That was gold!

I like the fact that she writes the entire lyrics and even creates some of the melodies of the song despite working with Max freaking Martin and Shellback. The majority of artists would have just obtained the whole melody from Max or Shellback and then just write their lyrics over it. I know that there are a few artists like Adele and Ed Sheeran who can write just like Taylor but... these days, it's rare. It's so common to find artists (mostly popstars) who are being labeled 'songwriters' by their fans when they need like 4-10 people nearly every single time they make a song. Yeah, I get that they came up with what the song is about but... bruh... call them co-writers. Maybe even lyricists, singers, rappers etc but songwriters? Sorry but no.

I love twenty one pilots for this too Tyler and Josh writes and produces all of the songs themselves. Their MTV unplugged is just crazy talented to produce new versions of their songs live in front of an audience. Such high respect for those guys and their meaningful lyrics Trees or Neon Gravestones are my personal favourites on blue days
