What makes Ultimate Ears the ultimate in custom in-ear pro audio solutions? We could tell you, but we’d rather show you in this behind-the-scenes video.
It starts with an ear impression that’s unique to your earprint. Your in ears are then handcrafted with over 100 touchpoints and your choice of sound signature. Finally, a design of your choosing is added to the faceplate. You can either get a solid body or our interchangeable faceplate option (UE Switch) for unlimited personalization.

I have a Hyperboom, two Booms and a Megaboom and love the man all. Great products :)
I'm curious. Since each ear can vary in shape from left to right, do they tune each side differently according to the unique shapes of the ear? Or dk they both receive the same tuning?
They are tuned the same.
I ordered my 2nd pair of UE and it’s been over two weeks and I have not received them yet. I tried emailing them and no one responded. I tried calling and no one has answered the phone for the past 4 days. I left voicemails and no one has called me back. I called logitech and (even though they own the company) they say it’s not their problem. I tried their online chat and it is always down.
I would not spend thousands of dollars on this product. They currently have zero customer support/won’t even send you the product you buy in a timely manner.
What evven is this
They are custom in-ear monitors for musicians and for anyone who loves to listen to music.
