You are so down to earth and yet totally inspiring! I love that you still put for an effort to get dolled up on ocassion. I think it's so important to take care of yourself for you because the confidence it gives you definitely translates to your relationship with your spouse. I admit that I can slack in that department at times because life can get so hectic and you think that you don't have time to pamper and take care of yourself but we really can't afford not to. Oh and thanks for reminding me about using a body scrub! I ran out of mine and keep forgetting to replace it. It makes SUCH a difference in my skin, especially on my arms and legs and helps prevent those pesky ingrown hairs I sometimes get. *sign me up for laser hair removal* lol

You should wash your face after taking a shower. Shampoo and conditioner can leave a residue on your skin that could clog your pores and break you out. Just a suggestion :)
I wash my face last in the shower for that reason
