On the ps5 when its loading up hold L1 R1 and when when the hdr screen come up move one of the sliders and save it this will fix it just did it been 2 days i haven't been able to get on...

Mines say your save data could not be downloaded from the rockstar cloud... my guess is their servers can't handle all the new people on Christmas Day
