This was interesting and the tests you gave it were intense, it would be surprising if any modern day toilet could cope with such things. It is great that you have managed to preserve this toilet, bearing in mind the battles it has had with the natural world. We know who the Victor is, that is for sure!
great toilet! youre very lucky to have this. These are like really REALLLY rare by now because of how older it is. but you cant judge it by its age. its gonna make a very great spot in your collection.
This is a real nice old toilet that has pretty much passed all your tests, it is a shame that it is damaged and has a few clogged rim jets but it still works perfectly (the old vintage/antique UK washdown pans also work extremely well here despite them not being in perfect condition either as I have seen on YT through their channels - some having cracks, chips and mineral build up on rim screens on open rim bowls/rim jets on boxed rim bowls). This is one for saving - despite it's condition as it would probably be very rare now due to its age!
That's just ridiculous, that a 121 year old toilet, that was sitting abandoned outside and broken for probably at least half it's life, with freaking tree roots in the rim, could be glued back to together and still out perform a lot of modern toilets. What a find!
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations its just that i looked up toilet destruction videos and literally almost all of them are from 2014-2016 lol, no hate btw

Most modern toilets wouldn't function anywhere near this good

Yeah. Although short lived, it had a great spot in my collection and it will forever have a great spot on my channel.

Damn this toilet is 126 years old which is crazy
Close, 121. That's still really old though.
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations looks like my math is rusty
Dang
Really really sucks that it's damaged. At least you fixed it. Hopefully another snow storm doesn't come to Texas again.
Yeah, it came apart after the rain though
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations AW! Man that storm was BAD! Lost power for 3 hours

Yeah, unfortunately it was too far gone to keep but we all got to see it instead of it just rotting away in a swamp.

Very good demo of how that "nose" spraying water down on top of the trapway prevents the repeated somersaulting of 💩 and 🧻...
I think it's cool when it does that with cloth
Dat toilet is so old
