  • This Sour Sop Juice or Punch, is absolutely so refreshing and tasty, one version is laced with ginger and limes, the other version is concocted with milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla essence. Both versions are not only delicious but extremely healthy. High in fiber and vitamin C
    Ingredients for Milk Recipe
    Ripe Sour Sop
    Vanilla Supligen or Almond Milk....
    Condense milk
    Vanilla essence
    Grated Nutmeg
    Cinnamon Powder
    Sour Sop Lime & Ginger
    Ripe Sour Sop
    Sugar
    Lime
    Ginger
    Serve Cold and Enjoy!

    Thanks for the video. I received a Very large one from my neighbor this morning and was wondering how to best prepare. You did help but I think organic fruits and vegetables are best without the additives. Otherwise we dilute the health benefits.

    This is the best natural juice to make I actually make this at home once a week and I also add a little bit of aloe and it has helped my breathing is has helped me with bloating and is have helped me with many other things list of best natural juice ever Milo soursop juice is really good it has the real pulp inside Israeli good they sell it in Amazon but sometimes it's really hard to find soursop fruit not all the Market carry it .❤

    Thank you for your recipe. Great way to make soursop juice. I personally will use gloves for making the juice and for cancer patients eliminate the sugar.

    I cut the sour sop in half use a spoon to clean out from the shin, I also wear a pair of gloves to clean the seed out.

      Box🤦🏼‍♀️oh good, I saw them on shop at England yesterday, can't afford one, it's was 35 pounds for one, and no one was taken for week. I saw them last week there. It's huge, but to expensive, and I think it's getting to be spoilt soon.

      Yes you can, the ripe bananas may over power the soursop flavor though, but it would definitely be thicker.

      Hello, I'm in SW FL, have a graviola tree in my back yard that is right now bursting with fruit! But from what I have read about it, the only place in the CONUS graviola can grow is in south FL. I think they really need this tropical climate, but by all means look more into it. Good luck!

    In St Vincent it is call a soursop when the fruit is sour
    And when it is sweet it is call a sweetsop
    So it have soursop tree
    And it have sweetsop tree
    Am a Rastafari so I don't use table Suger not dairy
    So I don't add water
    If it not drinkey water
    Just pure natural fruit juice

    Well, so do you say that this juice not nice without any adds? Why don't wash with milk then instead of water?
    Ginger sounds much better.
