The Great Ocean Road is a beautiful drive. Looks like the tide was out and it was very busy. Sorry you had a miserable time of it. Don't take a tour bus next. Hire a car so you can take your time and see what you want to see and stop where you want to.

Yeah I agree. It definitely does look beautiful. Hopefully next time I can enjoy it more at my own leisure!
