Goodness! These power ups from the NSMB series really add to SMBX! I wonder do they add a few new bosses, too? Foes like Reznor, Triclod, and Lakithunder can really provide big
challenges for Mario and company.

what source did you use is it the 2.0 because it does not look like the 1.3.0.1 version and how do you put in the timer?
+bob the lego mini-fugire I'm using *SMBX 1.4.2* it's a new version, you can't open this file in SMBX 1.3 and 2.0 because they're old versions. =P

Since I am not really familiar with SMBX 1.4 yet, could you tell me or send me a link how you managed to get a timer in your great level? Thank you. :)
+BlueShellTV It's easy! Go to "Events" > "Level Start" > "Others" and there you'll find the timer options.
*Count*= The secods left in the level
*Interval*= The velocity the count will run (I'd recomment put 60)
Timer Type*= If the count will count up or down (keep it in "Count down")
By last, put "Show level timer > True" and don't forget mark "Start the game timer". That's all! :)

Veo que el estilo SMB3 esta de moda. Y eso que decian que el estilo SMW es el más usado en Mario Maker. Personalmte prefiero 100°.1000 el estilo SMW

Can you get this game for the Apple Mac? I'm not so sure because on the original SMBX, It doesn't. So I just spend my time playing the Beloved Super Mario Maker. Can you tell me how or why it doesn't work?
Unafortunely SMBX is only designed for Windows computers. However,, you can use the PGE Editor (it's available for all the platforms!) www.supermariobrosx.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=69&t=10913
PGE editor is an alternative editor for SMBX, is more powerful than the original but the engine is still WIP
Thanks, but one question. When I click the bottom tab of it, it takes me to a PGE Project with choices of Applications, and PGE Project. So, what do I do with that?
Excuse me, I forgot explain something important for install it. The PGE works with a config pack, Go to this link: engine.wohlnet.ru/config_packs/ and download the one called "SMBX 1.3.0.1". After you've downloaded this, unzip the file and put it on the folder "PGE Project" > "configs". Try to run PGE again. I hope that help!

I think make a video ony for this is a bit unnecesary. I will try to explain this as detailed I can.
1.) Be sure you have all the needed stuff in your computer. Download and run this, it will install the needed stuff automaticaly:

2.) Download PGE and put it somewhere in your hard disk (it's for MAC OS X because I thing you're trying to install this on apple)
download.gna.org/pgewohlstand/dev/macosx/pge-project-dev-macosx.dmg
3.) Download this configuration pack:
download.gna.org/pgewohlstand/configs/SMBX13/SMBX_13_compatible.zip
Once you've downloaded it, unzip the file. You will have a folder called "SMBX", copy that folder, go to the folder you have installed the PGE editor, now search for the sub-folder called "configs" and paste it there.
4.) Run "PGE Engine".
Tell me if you're still getting problems!

Creo que todo esta perfecto, pero creo que los sprites gigantescos no se ven muy adecuados cuando Mario se hace grande o el hyper banzai Bill, pienso que deberiam tener un look mas clásico, si te gusta la idea estoy dispuesto a ayudar con los sprites, puede ser solo una prueba y verificar como se ven.
+Abe Zero Gracias por tu comentario! y actualmente no hay un 'spriter' especifico, la mayoría de gráficos que uso fueron tomados de fuentes diferentes, algunas las encontré en foros y algunas otras en episodios. Me gusta tu idea, si estás de acuerdo podrías tratar de hacer unas modificaciones al Banzai Bill (ya que quiero hacer un nivel usando esa gráfica relativamente pronto) me encantaría ver que tal queda. :)

Of course we can :
- go to the script list and Add a script.
- set those command :
lvlTimer(X) = Your X position
lvlTimer(Y) = Your Y position
- go to the event list and go to Level - Start
- Put it on auto start when game start.
- And in the "Others" show the script list in the "Scripts" and select your script.

You can replace a background by text and relate it with the special layer Att-Screen(*)

What if the koopalings use powerups that likes. Example Bowser Jr. (Cherry power up). Just put a power up that adjust to the koopalings. And add minions to their fight. And try to share it to Nintendo. Let's see if it motivates them.
Maybe an underwater level using Frog Mario and plants with maybe a secret bonus using Mini Mario running on water ;)

+Caden Corbin That's a good idea! however I don't think feature the Mega Mushroom will be good because it's limited by time and it makes the level is more difficult to do (you know, I have to make large spaces and planes) however, the idea of a gigantic level sounds great! ^^

En el editor hay una opción para activar el Wall Jump. Ve a "Events" > "Level Start" > "Others" y en la casilla "Special Events" busca "WallJump.enable"
podrás hacer un nivel inspirado en el Super Mario Galaxy o New Super Luigi U?

PD: El link de MEGA no tiene la versión de SMBX 1.4.2 actualizada (viene sin el parche).
Solo has una carpeta en tu disco duro (C:) y pones los archivos ahi, luego ejecutas "smbx.exe" y eso es todo, no te recomiendo SMBX 1.4.1 por muchas razones.

DOnde encotraste El Temporisador
+Alex Argoti "View" > "Events" > "Others" > (En la esquina inferior derecha) "Start the Game Timer". Donde dice "Count" pones el numero de tiempo que quieres que tenga el nivel, donde dice "interval" pones siempre el número 100. Y donde dice "Show Timer" lo cambias de "False" a "True" :)

With it you can throw bubble to the enemies (like in NSMBU) and they will become into coins!

Puede decir por varias razones, ¿hiciste todos los pasos que mostré en mi vídeo tutorial? si los haces correctamente, no debería andar lento (o eso depende del computador que tengas). Existe también otra forma de acelerar el programa, ábrelo, ve a "settings" > "disable frameskip" y le das click una sola vez
pues eso tambien ya lo hice y me va lento y tengo windows 8
