I eat healthy meals without carbohydrates
I do consume flasks seeds , porridge. Dates. Exotic fruits. Meat . fish

I don't take any of that. All I did was get into a calorie deficit and over time the weight loss got me back on track. If you like this stuff go for it. None of it appeals to me though.
