If you want to not feel bad about using Gouki, come over to Europe and play him in ranked. In the higher ranks, everyone is a raging degenerate who plugs, ki charges, save scums and quits after one match so they deserve no pity.
They do it in quick match too.
It’s everywhere, brother, high or low rank. It’s 1 out of 20 people who will actually play the set like a normal human and then the rest will ego trip, not play the set, message you toxic bs win or lose because they don’t get attention in their own everyday lives, and only use ki charges to taunt😂😂 it’s sad but it’s decent if you find like minded individuals

Once you become more tactful, you will get it. Until then, you may keep thinking the individual on the opposite side of the screen only utilized their physical faculties to interact with the videogame to perform a character animation with no purpose.
Yo I remember trolling my friends with Akuma back in S1 and S2. One disgusting thing we learned with the Shoryuken is that it can actually be used against some armor moves without you being punished. Worst example was Kings shoulder bash armor move. Did a full ass Shoryuken with rage. I think I took like 1/3rd of his life bar away and I was safe after that cause that shoulder makes him go forward quite a bit.

Akuma is such a cool character appearance wise and shit, and his execution demands are really cool, but MAAAAN is he cheap. Why is he able to do this stuff. I’m dying seeing JDCR doing a billion cancels and snickering
Not sure about the appearence. He's ugly af and not in a good way. When this look is 2D sprite it looks sick but when it transitions to a cinematic 3D like Tekken it should be adapted to the setting. He even looks off.
@@Mr440c unreal engine makes most characters look trash. Hot take but recent gen fighting games look really bad. Tekken 6-tag2-sfiv-kof 13 all used different styles but all looked amazing now everyone looks like a sweaty clay doll
@@gamwpanagia Those are poor fucking excuses when characters like Leroy, Fahk, Lidia and Negan exist in the same game. But even without those he looks out of place compared to even T7 1.0 characters. If you fail to see that then don't even start any conversation with me as I am not interested.
@@Mr440c I guess I’m not talking strictly appearance wise as much as his whole design including voice. Personally I think he looks grimy (ugliness adding to it) and sounds like a fuckin unhinged maniac, exactly what he needs to. If whatever appearance issues remained and the gameplay issues didn’t, I would probably like him and maybe even play him. But it’s the i10 launch punisher and normal cancels into a billion damage that put me off - in fact why even give him projectiles, just adapt him to the Tekken archetype completely imo

At least you can still lab fahkumram and be good at fighting him, whereas akuma is too digusting for me to even touch him on lab, i will never rematch akuma since i have no genuine interest on labbing him, and i lab EVERY CHARACTER including strong cheap characters like marduk, julia, paul, master raven...
@@reishakyu3553 I respect your opinion. For some people its fun character to play. 2D characters are good for newbie players it create interest when they throw fireballs. Many Characters have crazy 50/50 damage.
i like how akuma stands out from the rest of t7's cast. his visual design and moves look so much better than anything featured in tekken. it's like watching a lovingly handcrafted video game character fighting a bunch of daz3d assets

I will continue to train with Heihachi as hard as i can the following month. EWGF ect. I hope i can master Korean back dash on pad. Akuma i will train with Just for fun. Akuma will not be my main in Tekken.
Korean backdash on pad (on amythi ng) is just wavedash motoin.. Unless you play a backsway character (Paul Hank maybe nina?)
