That's super interesting as a Hazmat technician - I've never really thought of how to get a person out of a railcar. I've experience and training to get a man out of a hopper and chemical tank barge, thanks for recording it.
I wish I could of heard more of it. I did a hypothetical man down on top of a bullet one year and it got called off due to fact nobody had high angle rescue training. Thanks so much for doing this.
As a retired Firefighter/EMT-B and Hazmat Technician I would like to express my gratitude to you for being willing to offer your facility for this type of training. Not too many emergency personnel get to go through this training and doing so increases their skill level and confidence in being able to handle this type of situation.
